MacBook came as advertised, in excellent, refurbished condition like new. Had a little cosmetic scratching but nothing major or very noticeable unless you were scrutinizing it like me. lol otherwise the performance so far is very good and I would recommend using this reseller as I would purchase another MacBook from them again. I was excited to get this macbook. its in perfect condition. The day I got it, I charged it up and everything was going great. Then, the charger quit working. To the sellers credit, they sent me a new one. This was awesome, but then the computer was also overheating. I charged the computer to full and timed how long it would take the battery to go to 0. it took less than 4 hours. I notified the seller who used the excuse that the low battery life is due to it being a refurbished model. This was a very poor excuse and a lie. No where in the description does it say that the battery life would be less because its a refurb. On the contrary, its says the battery life should be an average of 10 hours and says nothing else. Refurb means that it should be like new with the possible exception of cosmetic. So what the seller is saying is a lie. ... show more

EDIT: The charger they sent me lasted probably a week and a half before it started only charging when it was at a specific angle. Definitely annoyed but the computer is still great quality. The shipping on this computer was super quick, I was very impressed with that. I ordered on a Friday and got it Tuesday. I was worried for a while because the computer did not come charged and when I plugged it in it did not look like it was charging. I thought I may have gotten a dud. I contacted apple support, and they had me rest the SMC, then it turned on! It was super dead though. Also, the power cord that was sent is not the recommended wattage for the 16" macbook pros. I was sent an 87W and a 96W is recommended. It still charges but it's definitely a cheaper quality cord as Ive already noticed it stops charging if I hit it wrong or move the cord a certain way. Overall, you get what you pay for, and I think this was a great investment. I'm not picky, if it's cheap and it's not broken, then I'm happy. ... show more

This came in good condition with only a few minor scratches and one very small dent on one corner. There supposedly was a 'cdrom' device listed in the details for this but as we expected these models do not have that as an option so we had hope :D but not expectation for that. We've noticed a price drop after we bought this one so we may be buying another one soon. ... show more

I was a bit weary ordering a refurbished laptop due to reading mixed reviews but I needed one for school and had a limited budget.
