i’m really happy with my purchase and overall i’m very impressed with the iPad! It arrived in very good condition and honestly looks almost brand new, with no noticeable damage or issues. The screen quality is really good and everything looks clear, bright, and smooth when using it. The 64GB of storage is also enough for what I personally need. The iPad runs smoothly and the software works really well, so I’m glad it still supports the updates I need. I also really like how portable it is because it’s lightweight and easy to take with me without being inconvenient. Setting it up was simple and didn’t take long, and once it was set up, everything was very easy to understand and use. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the condition, quality, and performance of the iPad, and I feel like I got a really good product for the price. Product has battery issue--randomly restarts

Very dissatisfied with this purchase experience.. apparently "renewed" just means a defective device that was erased for the next sucker in line. After transferring everything over from another device and charging overnight to 100%, iPad worked for about 8 minutes before randomly instantly powering off. On restart, the battery says 1%, but then when you lock and then unlock it, it goes back to 100% battery capacity. Works again just fine until, 3 to 10 minutes later, it randomly does the same thing. Additionally, the screen responsiveness is uneven at best. If pressing a button on the screen it's fine, but if dragging the cursor around for a game or for painting or something where you need continuity as you move your finger across the screen, it doesn't work properly. Cursor randomly loses your finger's touch even as you drag it on the screen. Back to the defective battery/random restart issue: troubleshooting with Apple says it's a defective battery, and the software can't get a reliable signal about battery life, so the software thinks the battery is drained to zero then shuts down. According to Apple the only fix is a battery replacement. But there's the screen issue too. In other words, I was shipped a defective device. So much for "renewed."

So I ordered the one in rose gold in good condition I was very worried what it was gonna look like because I seen some in excellent condition and they had several scratches and dents, but I can say mine is in perfect condition. Looks brand new even came with the screen protector on already. There’s not a single scratch on the back of my iPad or the front it works good. The battery lasts a long time and the packaging was amazing. I’m glad I went for it. And like I said, I bought the one in good condition at a lower price and it still came like it was brand new. I will say the cover I have over the back has finger prints on it but the iPad it self didn’t have a single mark.

Packaging was very well wrapped to keep the iPad from being damaged. Set up was easy. Screen quality was in good and acceptable condition. iPad is durable and stable to work. There’s some minor scratches in the back by the back camera but I can easily by a camera lens protector. Storage capacity is good enough for me. Stability is excellent. I’m happy with my purchase and worth the money!
