Got my renewed 8th Gen iPad (2020) w/ 128GB a day ahead of the expected delivery date. Packing and protection was fine, and iPad had zero scratches on the screen or case*. Setting it up was absolutely seamless with an existing iPhone. It's still supported with the latest iPadOS (18.x), charges completely and doesn't drain super-fast now that it's set up, though I think battery life is around 80% - not unexpected. Display is flawless! That rectangular "sticker" on the back (see photo) is more like a patch of white out, and it doesn't come off. My guess is that it covers up personalization from the previous owner. It's not enough to ding my review, and it's going to be hidden by a cover anyway. ... show more

this ipad has worked pretty well! almost like new! the only thing i do not like about it has been the battery. it unfortunately does takes forever to charge and the battery goes pretty quick even with a good charger i use for my phone. all in all, for the price, it works great!

I ordered this & it took forever to ship. But the IPad itself came in great condition & works great! It’s easy to set up and look fairly new, even though I knew it was used. The screen is great & so far has no defects! I will buy again if needed!

Okay, i am super impressed with this seller. I ordered this renewed and i was a little wary to open it when i heard rattling around in the box. But when i opened it I was pleasantly surprised when i saw how well the tablet was packaged. The plastic looked like it was shrink-wrapped around the tablet and firmly attached to the cardboard for extra protection. The only complaint i have is that there was no padding and the charger was acting up even with it being brand new but that's ok. I am excited to use it for my drawing and creative work. The iPad was delivered in perfect condition! Not a single scratch and everything worked super great. My 8 year was so happy to receive and use it without a problem. It came fully charged and ready to use. Until we had to charge it again :( The charger that came with it did not charge correctly from the very beginning. We had to shake it a bit and try to figure out a way for it to charge the device. We bought this on June 22nd and it is now July 2nd and now the charger does not charge the iPad at all! We had to borrow an iPad charger from my mother-in-law and now it is charging fine. So overall the iPad is great and happy with it but the charger that comes with it is so so terrible. With the borrowed charger however it is charging well and pretty fast considering the majority of the reviews or that the iPad charged slow. Hoping to receive a new charger or ask about this with the warranty that I purchased. ... show more
