The media could not be loaded. Love this bird feeder camera. This replaced another brand I had for 2 years that just died and I received no product support for. This is so fun. It was easy to set up - letting it charge for a full 24 hours before placing outside. I do have a solar panel that I connected to it (was purchased separately and not from this company) that works AMAZING. I have not had to take this down to recharge the battery ONCE since setting up in early July 2025 (it's Sept 2025 now). If I had one hang up though, it is the charging. The camera isn't removable from the feeder so you have to take the whole thing down and charge it. There should be an easier way in future models to remove the camera for charging. Picture quality is pretty good, videos are also good. I have noticed though, when going through the activity feed, it will skip by hours. It'll show activity from the morning and then skip activity the rest of the day until the evening (see photo). It is pretty sensitive in that if we're outside doing yard work it will catch us in the yard and save that activity clip, so I can't imagine why it would skip such large chunks of time. It happens frequently too, so it's something I need to look into. Overall, super cute, easy to install, easy-ish to clean (would be better if camera came out) and set up and so much fun.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for myself with some Christmas money I received as a gift, and it was the best decision! It’s super easy to setup and we’ve already gotten several birds that visit daily. It allows you to share your camera access with up to 20 people. This was one of the reasons that I chose to try the Birdfy. Our parents could no longer maintain their birdfeeders that they loved due to restrictions at their new apartment. The Birdfy allows us to take care of all of the replenishing of birdseed and charging the feeder when necessary, and they can just sit and relax and enjoy the show. Other family members who had not previously had birdfeeders are also really enjoying this, and my brother has already decided to purchase one for himself and his family. So far it has been a great decision. It is really good quality and has been fun for literally all ages. We also have a subscription to the AI bird ID which tells you which kinds of birds are visiting. This is optional and not too expensive, so we decided to try it out. It’s pretty spot on most of the time, although occasionally comes up with mistakes, but it allows you to correct them, which helps the AI learn and become more accurate. Overall, we have truly enjoyed this and would highly recommend it to others. Oh and they added a new feature that allows you to put stickers on the still images which is super cute and fun! It also had infrared for nighttime visits!

This bird feeder is fantastic! It is sturdy, well designed and easy to set up and use. Filling and cleaning are easy and it works well in all weather. The camera and sound enable me to not only watch the birds close up but to hear them also. This has brought so much enjoyment to watching the birds. I would highly recommend.

Love this feeder!! Camera captures beautiful images. Filling and cleaning are not super easy but manageable. This is my second one. Carefully select its location to avoid squirrels! I use the solar recharge capability which simplifies things. Highly recommend this!

The media could not be loaded. This is why I took off a star, and yes I did check the junk mail folder and searched all my mailboxes for Netvue. Ironically, I did start getting advertising emails from them pretty quickly. Otherwise it's pretty good. I bought a solar panel from a different brand to keep it charged because it was a bit awkward to charge where I have it located every 2 days. I live in the city so don't have a huge variety - Mourning Doves, sparrows, house finches and scrub jays so no need for the ID software. It does provide a lot of entertainment, especially from the Eurasian Collared Doves I have as regular visitors-I call them the goofs because they seem to think nothing of landing on each other and cramming themselves in although 3 at at a time is the maximum (the feeder is between two plants in pots). The feeder is easy to fill - I set it down on some shelving I have on the patio and used the belt to keep it in place. The assembly instructions were OK but minimal instructions for how to set up the camera and oddly the default setting is upside down-that needs to be fixed-another reason for the 4-star rating. Having said that the quality is good, it's easy to wipe off the occasional schmutz that gets on there, and the birds seem to be happy! Update: After stating that 3 is the maximum number of goofs that can fit they surpassed themselves and I think at one point 5 of them were squashed in there! You can record longer videos if you have the sd card installed, you just have to be watching live. I feed them Wagner's Greatest Variety bird food after a lot of experimentation in case you were wondering...

Purchased this as a gift 9 months ago, the product is still working great. They said it’s the best thing to have for any bird enthusiast. The quality of the photos is very high. Thai was very easy to install (not heavy at all) , and very easy to clean. The capacity of bird food is also very good. I feel that this purchase was a good value for what it cost me. Wonderful purchase for myself and gift giving. Now I want the one for the Hummingbird feeder Hint hint.
