This gravity feeder is not very expensive, i got it on sale for $119. It was easy to put together, the instructions were straightforward, and no missing parts. I have already set it up on my property loaded with 225 lbs of whole kernel corn. Corn cost almost as much as the feeder itself. I would recommend this feeder to anyone looking for a feeder that does its job, and won't break your bank account. And you don't have to worry with batteries and timers and headaches, fill it and it works!!!!!!! ... show more

The feeder seemed nice. Easy to put together. Put out in the active area and checked a week later. The feed base was on the ground, along with 200# of corn. Raccoons had sat on the base and caused it to come apart. This was tried twice with the same result. Need a better locking mechanism for the base. Will not hold up. ... show more

VERY EASY ASSEMBLY, WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH EASIER IF ALL THE NUTS WERE PRESSED INTO HEX PLASTIC BUT I USED CHANNEL LOCKS AND PRESSED THEM IN AND WENT REALLY WELL FOR SIMPLE ASSEMBLY. REALLY NICE GRAVITY FLOW FEEDER, VERY PLEASED.
