Works great and allows us to test our barcodes on labels before doing a print run. No software needed, you can open a Google doc and scan, it will input the numbers there or in a chat… basically anywhere you have a type cursor set.

Careful with its holder the plastic thing on the top holds the product broke easily otherwise I love it it might be confusing to get it to work but it works well for someone who’s having a problem I use an iPad you turn the product Microscope on …Then go to your general menu on look for it to show up in your Wi-Fi menu ..it give it some time it’ll show up as Max-see choose it . It automatically connects to the microscope at this point ..at some point you were to have downloaded a program the Max See program Will pick up its signal and you’re good to go the minute you turn the microscope off it disconnects from Wi-Fi

When I first received the item, it worked great. After a little more than a month, it stopped reading the barcodes. I made several attempts to reset it back to factory defaults, but it still won't work. I contacted Netum support and they did respond back to me, but when they couldn't not provide a solution, they stopped responding. I would not recommend this product or this company. It was a total waste of money for this now paper weight.
