First one I got, the battery wouldn't charge or be detected. Anytime I had the battery plugged in, the hotspot would shutdown to charge. I was only able to use this without the battery, directly plugged into an outlet. Even then, the hotspot reboots often. I requested a replacement and have the same problem as the first. I ordered this device to replace a Moxee device. You can this review with a grain of salt, because this is my first WiFi Hotspot device. So far the device has not given me any concerns.     • Used item was sent even though we ordered new
We ordered a used one. The original owner had locked it and we couldn't access to change passwords, etc. We returned that one and ordered a NEW one. We were charged for new, but sent used again (scratches on the bottom) and locked up again. We returned THAT one and bought at AT&T store. High cost but at least we knew it wasn't used.     • Before you buy...
Cannot log into the device management page. According to AT&T, since these are used, the previous user could've changed the password and disabled factory reset with the power button. I am debating on returning this.

The battery never charge. I plugged in for charging overnight and the next morning it still shows charging at level 1. Got a replacement and the same happened. Ended up return both! The external case is scratched that it’s expected since it is a used unit. But not that it doesn’t work on battery charged. ... show more
