    • Great travel steamer!
I really enjoy using this steamer bc it is so compact and lightweight (not to mention modern and stylish). The size and carrying case make it so easy for traveling; I don't go on any trips without it. I like that it doesn't really drip or "spit" out water like other hand held steamers I've owned; and that you can use it horizontally on a garment that is laying down with no problem. I only wish that the water compartment held a tiny bit more water, but 1 fill can handle 1-2 pieces of garment no problem, and it is easy to refill back up. I would recommend! ... show more

I waited to write this review until I tried this little gem. There was nothing I can say that is NEGATIVE about the Nesugar G3 Steamer. I have used large handheld steamers to do bedspreads and curtains in my staging business and this little steamer puts out a significant amount of steam for a small handheld. Directions were simple...take off the little cap, fill with water, replace cap (and it's a sturdy soft rubber that seals well with a little grip on the end that makes it easy to take off) and plug it in. Press the button and in 2-3 seconds it starts to steam---I was shocked---it made steam sooo FAST! I began on a heavier weight linen summer blouse that had major set-in wrinkles and hung it on my bathroom towel rack, over my bath towel---pulling it taught at the bottom I zipped thru the wrinkles, with the worst ones taking only another quick pass. I ran and got 3 more linen shirts and was able to do all four shirts only refilling it once. I am super excited since I purchased it for an 11-day cruise and wanted something that took up little room in my suitcase (it's shorter than a curling iron and the steamer part is about 2.5"), but something that would easily take out the wrinkles from tightly packed clothes. Excited that this will do the trick on both counts. Using it at home is easier than hauling out the ironing board and iron to freshen up a shirt or pair of pants, and i can do it right in the bathroom as I'm getting ready. It didn't sputter or spurt, and the steam was even and steady. Emptied out any water and dried the inside out with a rag. Put it away in its little drawstring storage bag. I am so glad this purchase turned out well. It has a sturdy cord, is simple to use and will save money since I won't be sending out my clothes for pressing on the cruise! ... show more

    • Must have travel steamer!
First off, if your expectation is to get a professional steam with a larger machine, then this is not for you. now that is out of the way, this portable steamer is really amazing. Just used it at a 7 day conference. I previously ironed and steamed all my clothing prior to packing, however i knew my tees and softer items would still get wrinkled when i arrived. The water reservoir is small, and you will need to refill if doing multiple pieces (in my case 3 or 4 items), but it works really well. I was able to steam a white tee cleanly with no wrinkles etc Got wrinkles out of my pants (dress pants and LINEN pants) with ease. A few of my friends also used my steamer to get out heavy set folds in poodle skirts (for the fun night skits). The unit itself is lightweight, takes up very little space in your luggage, and best, easy to use. so glad to have found this item.
