This coffee maker is outstanding. The coffee comes out with a little head in to like Expresso, and then with the frother you add to it. I also love how the frother heats the creamer while frothing, and it's incredibly easy to clean when done. Only negatives are the volume of coffee per pod, and second is the cost per pod. With the creamer we are at about $1.25 - $1.50 per cup. It is better than going to Starbucks, and cheaper, but is definitely something to consider when buying into this product line. ... show more

I purchased this cherry red nespresso on 8/21/2022 from amazon and by 9/29/2022 this machine is not working it wont make coffe and it went on a red circle on top ! I try to return and they wont take it back those are the prime benefits they offer ! me as a prime member ! . it worked for a month and 8 days and no product support what so ever! they wont care if I cancel my member ship as they have millions of costumers but for me its money lost ! and I work very hard for it ! thank you amazon ! pls do not buy like new take my advise! !! Update !! Update !! 10/13 2022 After contacting the manufacturer with no response at all ! I contacted Amazon again ! And was able to return product back ! And have purchased a new one ! I was always hesitant to consider a Nespresso machine. My boss protected his because, "the pods are expensive." Well, I'm here to say that for about $1.30 per pod a person can save a fortune. If you frequent coffee shops, especially big time ones (you know who you are), you can pay up to $7 for one drink. NOT anymore! Move over coffee joints, mama's got a Nespresso now and is not sorry about the loss of cash to the nationwide joints! I'll recoup the cost of my machine before Thanksgiving just in savings. I'm also drinking less coffee now, so excuse me while I do a happy coffee dance. ... show more

    • Basic Barista Quality, but not that great for a full cup
If you are looking to get the same quality as that nationwide chain at home, this will be the device for you. If you are looking for the same quality as the local coffee shop that does more than the basics, you'll be a bit disappointed. You definitely get a basic espresso, double espresso, or cup of coffee (pods are different sizes for each) and the kit comes with a milk frother if you want to make a cappucino (though you'll need your own cinnamon). A step up from a Keurig, but also at a long-term price point that makes it significantly more expensive. Though if you did get a cup or two a day from a chain, then this will still make things a little cheaper and a lot more convienent. Just like the shops, what can elevate your experience here is to get some of the flavorings and spices. ... show more

Love this coffee machine! Firstly, it is the exact right color for my kitchen. But more importantly, it makes great coffee and is so easy to use. It is quiet and makes perfect coffee cup after cup. There is a huge variety of coffee flavors for this machine, although I order directly from Nespresso as I find they have the widest choice and I like that they include a recycle bag for shipping back the empty pods.
