Not your everyday coffee maker.

I wish I could return it and have my money back. Because I’m not satisfied with this purchase. It’s been 5 months with this machine and it started to malfunction. I had to have a video call with a technician for 45min to reset and repair the trouble. Which it took a lot of attempts. It was very annoying. Although, I descale it and rinse it accordingly. It started giving issues out of nowhere. And I barely make 1-2 cups of coffee per day, and for months it wasn’t even used daily. Within a week of the machine issue, the milk frother stop working as well.. (which is used occasionally, 2 times per week max) You wonder why the machine “it’s affordable” (?) let me tell you - Poor quality - but because of the accessible price it makes you want to try it, but then you’ll notice the absurd capsule prices and that’s where they take all your money. I had a Keurig that had built-in frother… and I used daily for 4 years straight and NEVER had any type of trouble with it. This Nespresso Vertuo Next Deluxe + Aeroccino 3 is for occasional coffee.. when you have a visit and want to impress with a fancy cappuccino.. it tastes really good. But I would not recommend to buy this for daily use, price wise is not going to be nice for your pocket, and it seems the machine isn’t build to last, and it looks like it will continue to have trouble eventually. Makes delicious coffee! I noticed the mechanism that comes around the pod is now plastic and not metal and does not always pick up the pod and dump down into the used pod catcher. Besides this … great machine!!!
