Worth the money!
I was lucky to get a good one. We are pleased with the coffee machine. This is our 3rd one. Usually, this kind of machine doesn't last longer than 3yrs. But, we enjoyed it all the time. Good foam, taste and price is reasonable. People doesn't even realize how much money they can save just bu making coffee at home. This is just as good probably better than Starbucks coffee. Go buy it! ... show more

Buy it!!!
Just what is needed! Make a great espresso or a coffee drink with this versatile machine. Perfect for the dorm or in the home. Definitely recommend. High quality!

It delivers a wonderful cup of coffee for the price.
Love this coffee maker. It's everything that I expected. I expecially like the self cleaning function to keep it running cleanly. I'm not sure why there is no cover for the water container, but it doesn't seem to need it. Love that it automatically drops the used capsule in a container for disposal later when you open the unit after making a cup of coffee. It does make some noise when brewing the coffee, but it's not too distracting. It brews a nice full large cup of coffee with nice foam on top. And, I thought the price was very low for the quality of the coffee maker. ... show more

Pays for itself in a month
Long story short, I bought this for my gal & she loves it. She was a little reluctant at first, thinking it was a luxury item we didn’t need & had to make room for. She has since fully embraced it, enjoying crafting her own concoctions & the quality of coffee surpasses her (previously) go-to coffee shop. Nespresso offers a plethora of pods…variety is the spice of life. If you have a coffee drinker who doesn’t drink it by the pot, this machine pays for itself time & again. Choose the model by your needs: beware that some of the smaller machines only brew the smaller two of the three sized pods, but if it brews the 7.7 oz pods, it will brew them all! A couple months later, I gifted one to my mother so she can get the same enjoyment as my woman. ... show more

Good product, weak product support in the box
Works really well. Very happy with quality of the coffee. It would be helpful if product gave more information in the box as to rinsing the machine weekly and the descaling process every two months. I had to search for the information.

Garbage
It shouldn't be this difficult to make a cup of coffee. This machine sucks. I can't say enough bad things about this piece of trash.

Overall do it! But the little things - upgrade
Value is fantastic! Love the quality and taste. Fit nicely in my counter top. I do wish I could change the coffee temperature as it is a little low for my liking. I also wish I could just brew hot water for my tea (this does not do that).
