It holds a good amount of water. The taste is amazing! I would recommend buying Nespresso pods versus Starbucks brand pods. It taste like quality espresso! The machine isn’t too big, it’s slim and can fit in a tight space. You can adjust height of the cup rest or remove it completely.

Quick update. The seller offered a refund for the missing pods. I received my refund the same day. You can't ask for better customer service. Well done and thank you for your outstanding customer service! The Nexpresso box was inside another box, and arrived without any issues. However, the Nexpresso box did not contain the free 12 pods that are offered. I reached to the seller to report the missing items. The seller responded quickly (same day) and offered to solve the problem. Their customer service is outstanding and deserves to be noticed. Happy with my machine so far.

Was working great and very surprised how good the coffee is. But it stopped working about 6 months later. Tried the descale method and multiple coffee pods, still doesn’t work. Waste of money!

This basic model was just what we wanted. The instructions are terrible however and definitely not user friendly. The different capsule sizes were not clear but once we experimented with a sample pack to see the actual volume of coffee, it was easy. The 230ml capsule for a mug is sufficient for a morning cup. We jus add half n half instead of using the aerocino frother we already had.

I've always wanted one of these but ended up buying every other cheaper espresso maker cause I just didn't want to spend $$$ but ended up spending $$$ cause I never liked the product the machines gave. When I say I literally would spend $200+ a month on Starbucks, I would.. I wanted to cut back on me doing that so I started buying machine after machine and nothing gave me anything similar to what I would get from Starbucks. I finally bit the bullet and got one and I unpacked this sucker as soon as the FedEx lady sat the box down and was making me up a shot before she even could pull away. I know all the ends and outs on making the drinks at Starbucks. Let me tell you what !! I took a sip of my first glass and I could almost go back in time an kick myself for not doing it sooner. I couldn't taste a difference and if anything mine was better!! Just buy it and do yourself a favor. By far worth every single penny spent!!

We had some minor trouble with the machine at first - not connecting to the app/wifi, sometimes freezing up, needing to be restarted every couple uses. After maybe 3 weeks of having it, it stopped pulling water through, and was making a gurgling sound. While troubleshooting with Nespresso, as soon as the guy heard the noise, he stopped troubleshooting and said we needed a replacement. He also said there should be a barcode sticker on the bottom and there wasn’t one, which leads me to believe it was refurbished. Don’t be impatient for a machine like me (next day prime got me), just buy direct from Nespresso. When it worked, the coffee was amazing. The model itself looks great, sleek, doesn’t take up much space. I don’t have a problem with the model itself, but if you’re selling a refurbished item, disclose it clearly.
