We have a small business and love Nespresso at home. So, it was a no-brainer to get the business-grade Zenius for the office. We really like that it’s the same great quality Nespresso coffee we love at home (but in a different shaped pod) and also that it’s got a pretty small footprint, which we need because our pantry counter space isn’t huge. The pods for Zenius are like little disks (which also reduces any temptation to take them home for someone’s at-home machine.) :-) A nice thing about the Zenius is that it has a separate hot water button that gives you hot water that doesn’t go through the same tube as the coffee. This is perfect for our tea drinkers who love the instant hot water and also for adding hot water to an espresso it makes an Americano (which is my favorite!) The package includes a plastic recycling bin to put your used pods in and looks so pro compared to leaving a bag out. It also holds a recycling bag which is convenient because you can just take it out and send it for recycling with the free shipping bag when it’s full. (It only comes with one recycling bag so you have to remember to order more bags when you order coffee.) We are big recyclers, so the recycling bin was a really nice addition and surprisingly one of our favorite parts of what was included because it looks so nice on the counter. ... show more

As soon as we opened the box, we could tell the item had been used. It smelled heavily of coffee and was covered in coffee grounds. The water container has water stains and lines. There is brewed coffee residue inside the box and the bottom of the water tank. Also hair and sticky residue is left on the item. Coffee pods were NOT included. He probado la Zenius Nespresso de unos amigos y me gustó y por eso compré en Amazon una para mi casa. Lamentablemente al parecer la maquina tiene algún problema técnico ya que la maquina da un aroma similar a plástico y el sabor de un Ristreto se siente diferente. Ahora bien,parece que para tener servicio técnico de Nespresso Profesional debes comprarle la maquina a Nespresso directamente, pero en Enero del 2.023 Nespresso Miami, Florida no tenía en existencia y por ello la compré en Amazon. Agradezco algún comentario, que no sea devolver la maquina ya que estuve de viaje y ya pasaron los 30 dias que me daba Amazon para su devolución ... show more

    • Starter kit - but does not include pods!

We used one of these on our recent visit to Israel, and liked it so much we bought one. What wasn't clear was that it ships with a pod holder, but NO PODS! Not really an issue, just a heads up if you are looking at purchasing this beautiful coffee maker.

    • Expansive but worth every penny

Fires up in 15 seconds, offers 3 mode (ristretto, expresso and luongo). I was a little taken aback by the fact there was no coffee samples for the overall price (usually with every nespresso machine you get a few coffee pods). Other than that, very please with my purchase.
