I had been wanting one of these machines for the longest time and finally gave in and purchased one. It is great when you want an extra nice and good cup of coffee!! Set up was quick and easy and it works great. It is not exactly the quietest as it’s making but it’s so quick it really doesn’t bother us. It doesn’t always grab and dispense of the previous pod often the lid lifts and the pod remains in the space but again not a huge deal breaker. Overall I am so glad I finally purchased one!

The Nespresso machine is simple. Not fancy. Makes great coffee and the frother is very nice. I love everything about it a little too much. Love the drinks you can make with it. No more need to go to the coffee shops. I can do it at home. Only con is the drinks are not super hot but a microwave can remedy that. I guess when you add the frothed milk on top it cools it down. Regardless, I would buy this again because I love the coffees it makes. Way better than K cups.

Love my nespresso coffee. Also the machine! Quality product! Quality coffee, it the first time I've had coffee that dosn't cut my stomach up. Hot coffee, fast to brew. And enough water in tank for 2 rounds of coffee.

It’s like having a barista at home. I love the foam. Coffees are tasty. Easy and fast. High quality. If you using milk and cream a lot you gotta use milk heater because it cools down the coffee little. Still good and tasty though

I would never buy this Nespresso machine again because from the beginning I had problems with it I don’t get the free complementary coffee capsules ,then the coffee machine just became worse it started to flash a red light all the time,I called Nespresso so many times that I lost count on how many times I called them. Let’s just put it this way things got really bad because at the end it started to leak out water all over my counter,when I told Amazon Customer service, they finally gave me the refund back they didn’t really want to because it was over the time that I was supposed to return it but I was pretty upset at this point and I told him that because it was a refurbished one I want my money back, but all they could do was give it back on my Amazon gift card, But now they told me I have to wait a month to get my money back that made me pretty upset too. It’s funny I saw it arrived at the warehouse today but they’re not gonna give me my refund until the end of this month. They want me to live without the coffee maker until the end of this month and it’s not my fault that their product did not work they’re selling bad coffee makers first, I didn’t put the coffee capsules in and then they give a coffee maker that doesn’t work. Amazon is slipping up in someways, not caring about their customers as much as they used to so I’m writing his review to warrant everybody do not buy the Nespresso Vertup pop plus deluxe it’s got lots of problems with it. You’re better off to buy the Nespresso.Vertup pop plus I just got one today and I am totally satisfied with it, as for the refund, I’ll buy something else from Amazon but they may lose me as an Amazon customer if they can’t take care of me better than that I am very upset with them that I have to wait that long. It is ridiculous but buyer beware that is a bad coffee maker, or I should say coffee/espresso maker, I cleaned it like espresso told me we descaled it twice and we did everything and it still didn’t work so all I can say is not worth the money that particular Nespresso coffee/espresso maker warning do not buy it and this is how I feel in my review i’ve never done a review this is the first one. I never do reviews on Amazon because usually I’m happy with my Amazon purchase but this time I’m very upset and I’m not satisfied with the purchase or how they handled me with my refund this time they handled me very poorly and I’m very upset with Amazon. My first expresso maker so I have nothing to compare too. What I do know is that it makes a great cup of expresso. The same every time. The milk frothier is great as well. Coffee temp is hot but not scolding . No leaks and self cleaning . Recycle your pods or pack your own. For the great price for an amazing product . Would recommend 10 out of 10!
