I highly recommend this machine if you like a good espresso and dont have time for the super fancy stuff. Its fast and efficient and makes a great espresso/ and or lattes. I love the look and style of it-super modern and goes with my kitchen...not to mention its super user friendly. The touch screen is a game changer and the automatic milk frother saves time( you dont have to froth it yourself like some of the others ). You decide how much foam you want, if you are into these things else choose no foam at all. Best is that all these customizations you can save, so with one button you get the perfect coffee you want every time.

I regret buying the Nespresso Creatista Pro. It worked fine for the first 6 months, but then started constantly asking to be descaled – every couple of weeks – despite very light usage (1–2 coffees per day at most). Once the machine locks into descaling mode, there’s no way to bypass it, and you’re forced to spend at least 15 minutes running the process. It’s incredibly frustrating. I reached out to Nespresso customer service twice, and they weren’t able to fix the issue. Both times they just walked me through yet another descaling and told me to call back if it happened again. That’s not a solution – it’s just kicking the can down the road. Frustrating to the max. For a machine at this price point, the coffee quality is shockingly poor. My old Nespresso Inissia (which cost a fraction of this one) produced far better results – richer flavor and actual crema. The Creatista Pro’s coffee comes out weak, with little to no foam. The milk frother is equally disappointing. It’s inconsistent, often leaving milk flat or overheated. Definitely not what you’d expect from a so-called “premium” machine. This machine is all hype and no substance. You’ll get worse coffee than from cheaper models, waste time constantly descaling, deal with unhelpful customer service, and pay 5x the price for the privilege. I strongly recommend avoiding this model.

Originally I wanted a traditional espresso machine, ended up getting this because I'm not that passionate about coffee to the point where I want to grind my beans and pack my portafilter every single time I want a cup, especially not when Im serving to others. Speaking aside from the ethical values of Nestle this thing is flippin awesome. Having a great tasting cup of coffee every single morning is like no other. It's pricey for most people who are used to traditional filter coffee but in the grand scheme of things I personally see its worth. The great thing also is that Nespresso has very little protections around these traditional coffee cups which has allowed many companies to make their own which are more in line with what I like in terms of taste and morality. Awesome little machine, definitely recommend you get, definitely recommend you get some syrups, non nespresso cups, etc.

And I can make the most delicious iced coffees!! 10/10 We love it so much! It’s super easy to use, it is very fast and doesn’t make much noise!

I have had my eye on this one for a while. We love it. We are tea drinkers as well as coffee and I love the fact this one has the option to provide water. It's has a good size tank so you aren't refilling it all the time. Bought it on sale and with some gift cards to get the price down. It's steep but worth it.

I LOVE my Nespresso Creatista Pro! I make myself a 4-shot latte every morning and love the ease of the Creatista. The capsules aren't cheap, but that's not the machine's fault. The chrome is really nice and easy to keep clean. Quality product and would buy again.
