I’ve owned a few machines over the years, and the Nespresso Creatista Pro by Breville is in a completely different category. First off — it looks incredible. The brushed stainless steel feels substantial and well-built, not like an appliance you’re going to replace in two years. It heats up fast (really fast), and the interface is intuitive without being gimmicky. You don’t need a manual sitting next to you to figure it out. The espresso quality is consistently excellent. Rich crema, strong flavor, and no guessing. Push the button, it delivers. That’s the beauty of the Nespresso system — consistency without the learning curve of a full manual setup. Where this machine really shines is the steam wand. It’s automatic but still gives you control over milk temperature and texture. It makes legit microfoam — not bubbly bathwater. Lattes and cappuccinos actually look and taste like something you’d pay $6–$7 for. And the self-cleaning steam wand is a huge plus. Water tank is a good size, the drip tray adjusts easily, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. It’s not cheap — but it doesn’t feel cheap either. If you want real espresso drinks at home without turning your kitchen into a barista training lab, this machine nails it. Reliable, fast, and genuinely impressive.

This has been an amazing machine from the beginning. I bought this for my wife who really enjoys her coffee, but has struggled with machines in the past, even more expensive ones. This machine gives reliable pours every single time. You can brew the pods and froth/steam the milk with one push of a button. The machine looks amazing sitting on the countertop. It was been 6 months now and have not had one issue.

This is the second Breville machine I purchased in a month. The first time the machine broke with in three weeks. The machine powers off during the foam/froth cycle. Then shuts down and does not turn back on. We returned the first machine thinking it was just a defected item. The new machine has started to do the same thing, this time with in 5 days; Power off in the middle of the steam cycle and not turning back on. I have called Breville to try to talk to customer service, was sent to a call back que but never called back. When I tried to call to wait on hold, a recording told me to wait for a return phone call and was disconnected. The machine would be great if it worked as it should. Easy to use and makes great coffees. Now we are stuck with dozens of Nespresso pods and not machine to use them it. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Breaks within a few days/weeks, customer service stinks. Buyer Beware

It is a tiny barista that lives on your counter and never rolls its eyes at your fourth latte of the morning. First of all, it is beautiful. That brushed stainless steel finish? Sleek. Confident. European without being pretentious. It looks like it belongs in a design magazine but also quietly understands that some mornings are survival mode. The espresso? Smooth. Rich. Consistent. No drama. No guessing. No “Did I grind this wrong?” It just delivers. Every. Single. Time. And the milk frothing situation? Listen. The automatic steam wand is basically therapy. Silky microfoam at the push of a button. You can adjust the temperature and texture like you are auditioning for a latte art competition, except you are still in pajamas. It even self-cleans. This Creatista Pro replaced my seven and a half year old Nespresso Latissima. I really liked that machine, but I love the Creatista Pro. Nespresso did a great job designing this machine. It’s intuitive (even for this senior citizen), easy to clean, descale and operate. I have greatly reduced my trips through the coffee drive-thru’s. I wanted to get this review in before Christmas for those thinking about purchasing the Nespresso Creatista Pro for a gift. I’ve had it for almost a year and still consider it one of my best purchases…ever! The product was well placed and secure in its manufacturer box and then in the shipping box. It arrived in perfect condition.

Awesome, Super Convenient

Originally I wanted a traditional espresso machine, ended up getting this because I'm not that passionate about coffee to the point where I want to grind my beans and pack my portafilter every single time I want a cup, especially not when Im serving to others. Speaking aside from the ethical values of Nestle this thing is flippin awesome. Having a great tasting cup of coffee every single morning is like no other. It's pricey for most people who are used to traditional filter coffee but in the grand scheme of things I personally see its worth. The great thing also is that Nespresso has very little protections around these traditional coffee cups which has allowed many companies to make their own which are more in line with what I like in terms of taste and morality. Awesome little machine, definitely recommend you get, definitely recommend you get some syrups, non nespresso cups, etc.

If you're into espresso, particularly if you're in the market for a Nespresso machine, this thing is amazing. I got it as an upgrade to the Pixie machine I've been using since I got one as a wedding gift in 2012, and ... well, I thought I loved my Pixie, but I'm kind of over it now. I've been using the Creatista Pro daily for several months now, and couldn't be happier. It looks great on my kitchen counter, it's easy to use for making all kinds of delicious espresso drinks, and has been nothing but reliable.

I highly recommend this machine if you like a good espresso and dont have time for the super fancy stuff. Its fast and efficient and makes a great espresso/ and or lattes. I love the look and style of it-super modern and goes with my kitchen...not to mention its super user friendly. The touch screen is a game changer and the automatic milk frother saves time( you dont have to froth it yourself like some of the others ). Lastly- it self cleans pretty well.....for the price well worth it. 5 STARS!!
