Very nice, if on sale it is worth the few extra over the base model, the cup platform is larger, as the machine is a but wider. This also gives the water tank a larger volume. The touchscreen is cleaner in appearance and nicer to operate than the knob of the base version. I would say the brew has the same quality, although there are 1 or 2 alternate serving sizes with the Pro.

This has been an amazing machine from the beginning. I bought this for my wife who really enjoys her coffee, but has struggled with machines in the past, even more expensive ones. This machine gives reliable pours every single time. You can brew the pods and froth/steam the milk with one push of a button. The machine looks amazing sitting on the countertop. It was been 6 months now and have not had one issue.

First let me clarify that I love Nespresso expresso - I'm hooked, I'll drink nothing else. Some history, I bought their Pixie model back in 2014, it lasted for 5 years and finally died. It was fantastic. I like to have warm milk in my coffee, so I would microwave a little milk and pour it in with my morning 3 shots. It was just fine. When my Pixie died, I bought a Chrome Creatista Pro - it was really nice to have the steam wand. It was a little temperamental, needed to be cleaned quite often and after 2 years the steam wand process stopped working and I had to run the milk steam process by itself. I went along like this for another 1.5 years until my Chrome Creatista started to leak from the bottom. So I bought this Black Truffle version from Amazon, got a good deal, $599, got it home and after 5 weeks it started to leak from the bottom. It had a warranty from Nespresso, but working with them was a nightmare, a lady on the phone did a video call with me and it took 45 minutes, over and over she had me try different things, it leaked over and over, after 45 minutes she said "call Amazon" you got it from them. Finally she agreed to fix my machine, but I had to send it in and I would be without it for 3 or 4 weeks - not acceptable. So I called Amazon, even though I was out of warranty they let me return for full credit. So. I went to my local Nespresso boutique, they gave me a great deal, 35% off, on the same Chrome Creatista Pro that I had before. Got it home, worked fine, but after two weeks it turned off while steaming milk, I heard a pop, and it would not turn back on. Finally after 30 minutes it turned back on, but later that day, I got a small shock when I touched the machine, same thing next morning - more small shocks. So I took it back to the Nespresso boutique - once there, I realized to have trouble free coffee again - I was going back to one of their smaller no-frills machine which just seem to work forever, which by the way makes great expresso pulls...so I returned my pro and got a Citiz - but what was cool, was the milk frother I bought with them, marked down to $50 from $99 when you buy a machine, they gave me 35% off on the machine, whole thing was like $240 - 1/3 the cost of a Nespresso Creatista Pro...the milk frother is the BOMB - it heats milk way better then the steam from the Pro machine - it's siky smooth, is quick and easy to clean...for those of you that want expresso and warm and/or foam with your shots...a Citiz and a Nespresso frother is the way to go IMHO....posting a picture of my setup. I think this small machine makes a shot just as good as the pro if not better, perfect crema...

This Creatista Pro replaced my seven and a half year old Nespresso Latissima. I really liked that machine, but I love the Creatista Pro. Nespresso did a great job designing this machine. It’s intuitive (even for this senior citizen), easy to clean, descale and operate. I have greatly reduced my trips through the coffee drive-thru’s. I wanted to get this review in before Christmas for those thinking about purchasing the Nespresso Creatista Pro for a gift. I’ve had it for almost a year and still consider it one of my best purchases…ever! The product was well placed and secure in its manufacturer box and then in the shipping box. It arrived in perfect condition.

If you're into espresso, particularly if you're in the market for a Nespresso machine, this thing is amazing. I got it as an upgrade to the Pixie machine I've been using since I got one as a wedding gift in 2012, and ... well, I thought I loved my Pixie, but I'm kind of over it now. I've been using the Creatista Pro daily for several months now, and couldn't be happier. It looks great on my kitchen counter, it's easy to use for making all kinds of delicious espresso drinks, and has been nothing but reliable.

I have bought 6 different nespresso machines. Have had many to compare this one to. By far this is the best I have seen. You decide how much foam you want, if you are into these things else choose no foam at all. Best is that all these customizations you can save, so with one button you get the perfect coffee you want every time.

I regret buying the Nespresso Creatista Pro. It worked fine for the first 6 months, but then started constantly asking to be descaled – every couple of weeks – despite very light usage (1–2 coffees per day at most). Once the machine locks into descaling mode, there’s no way to bypass it, and you’re forced to spend at least 15 minutes running the process. It’s incredibly frustrating. I reached out to Nespresso customer service twice, and they weren’t able to fix the issue. Both times they just walked me through yet another descaling and told me to call back if it happened again. That’s not a solution – it’s just kicking the can down the road. Frustrating to the max. For a machine at this price point, the coffee quality is shockingly poor. My old Nespresso Inissia (which cost a fraction of this one) produced far better results – richer flavor and actual crema. The Creatista Pro’s coffee comes out weak, with little to no foam. The milk frother is equally disappointing. It’s inconsistent, often leaving milk flat or overheated. Definitely not what you’d expect from a so-called “premium” machine. This machine is all hype and no substance. You’ll get worse coffee than from cheaper models, waste time constantly descaling, deal with unhelpful customer service, and pay 5x the price for the privilege. I strongly recommend avoiding this model.
