Who would pay, at today's price under $200, and expect the quality of a [name your idea of best] espresso machine? I've had a few over the years, from this one to just under $500 (including a manual one), so I'm hardly an expert; but I do buy carefully, and choose only ones with great reviews, or from sites with "Best of" ratings. So I'm no seasoned expert and I find this an excellent tool for early users. The taste is smooth and rich, and the machine is easy to use, just what you want for a beginner. I don't use the built-in steamer, small and awkward as it is. But overall, it's worth buying for all but the more experienced baristas. Good buy with the expectable limitations. ... show more
