Bought this for my then 7 year olds birthday. He loves things that light up. This item arrived promptly and very well packaged. It has his name spelled out in lights and he loves it. It. Really like the fact that it has a remote control and dimming features. He keeps it on dim all night long in place of a night light. Love the product, highly recommend.

This is the fourth neon sign I've ordered from this company, two with dimmer controls ($27 extra each) both dimmers have since stopped working. These are gifts for my niece, two nephews, and my daughter. All purchased since December 2023. I thought the first dinner going out was just a fluke but now my daughter's dimmer has since stopped working I am hoping I can get replacements if possible. I am willing to send both the defective switches back.

Ordered for my daughter's birthday, and it arrived a day later than expected, but the sign itself is great, and she loved it. Colors are exactly as expected, and it dims to many different levels. Unfortunately we didn't receive the chain to hang it with as stated in the description. Instead we received alternate mounts with screws that requires four holes in the wall rather than just one, so we won't be using them and will have to find something different to hang it with. We also ordered the remote with dimmer, but the remote doesn't quite work as expected. It can turn the light off and dim it, but it cannot turn the light back on. It also includes buttons for other functions that either aren't applicable to the light (like speed) or just don't work (LED timer presets). The remote was purchased so that she could control the light from bed without having to get up and use the separate controls on the main cord, but if I had known it can't be used to turn the light on I wouldn't have paid extra to have it.
