The product was fine, but it was suposed to be a Christmas gift, I paid $30 for expidited 2 day shipping, a week and a half before Christmas and I recieved it 5 days after Christmas. Me and my daughter was not happy at all!

My niece wanted this for Christmas. I received it and it was well packaged. I never opened it and just wrapped it. She finally put the sign up and works great and looks very good. The designer does email you the design before shipment. Everything was easy and had no problems

Ordered for my daughter's birthday, and it arrived a day later than expected, but the sign itself is great, and she loved it. Colors are exactly as expected, and it dims to many different levels. Unfortunately we didn't receive the chain to hang it with as stated in the description. Instead we received alternate mounts with screws that requires four holes in the wall rather than just one, so we won't be using them and will have to find something different to hang it with. We also ordered the remote with dimmer, but the remote doesn't quite work as expected. It can turn the light off and dim it, but it cannot turn the light back on. It also includes buttons for other functions that either aren't applicable to the light (like speed) or just don't work (LED timer presets). The remote was purchased so that she could control the light from bed without having to get up and use the separate controls on the main cord, but if I had known it can't be used to turn the light on I wouldn't have paid extra to have it. ... show more

Loved my LED's, haven't used it for a long time yet but so far its looking good. The packaging it came in was steady and careful, there was no damage. I will say the chain that comes with it is too long, especially since my sign was only one word but I folded it in half and connected it to my sign. I would recommend buying a USB adapter if you don't have one already because it only comes with the cable but no adapter. ... show more
