Excellent saw for the money , runs and feels like a nice quality saw . Have not had any problems with it and turns on pretty quickly . Just empty the fuel tank and the carburetor after using it and when the saw is going to sit for a while.

I received this saw however it did not include the bar and chain as advertised. I felt it was a sign and began having second thoughts. When I tried to return it. The first thing I get in response is that its not returnable. I have purchased 3 of the Neotec 12” top saws and love them. I have told everyone how great they are. Now I am feel like I will be regretting this purchase every time I look at this saw. I hope it runs.

Imagine if the original manufacturer that was being cloned cut their cost by 70%, increased production , and flooded the market with product . This is an incredible product in that it looks and works like a chain saw . Spooky but effective .

Did not get bar and chain with saw. Still waiting to hear back from Neo Tec customer service. Saw runs good. But not worth it without bar and chain. Buyer beware. Email kicked back and the phone # listed does not work for customer support.

Overall im happy with my saw. Recommend adding loctite to the screws as I blew off the muffler loosing the bolts on its second trip to thd woods. Seems a bit thirsty for gas but it will definitely cut wood.
