Brand new, Never worked. Saw fell apart attempting to start it
Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2023 by I purchased a neotec na 892 with 28” bar. Owned if for almost a week and finally put it together, The saw started once and cut off. Using compression release the sting broke after several pulls. The bar oil I put in has completely emptied just sitting there making a pretty big mess. This saw looked amazing and I was super hopeful and have reached out to warranty to see how good of a company neotec is. So I guess we will see. I’m afraid to get another saw but I’m hoping this is a one off situation.

This is total garbage. Nothing fits, you can barely, I mean BARELY get it started and it wont stay running. I even took it to a chainsaw mechanic to work on it, and after several hours, he was like, "forget it, this is complete and total junk."

I ordered this saw with high hopes, specially with the power. But, the saw was not running right when I first started it so I looked at adjusting it according to the manual and it got worse , could not get it started anymore. Gas was also running over the front of the engine. So I took it to the local saw shop here and asked if he could help me get it started. He told me he would not work on those type of saws. I decided that I would return the saw at that point.. if something did go wrong down the road the saw shop would not work on it. Was a nice looking saw but I’ve never bought a saw that did not run good when bran new. ... show more
