This chair was a breeze to put together and is very comfortable to sit in. The instructions were very clear on the steps to get it together, as well as it had the tools and hardware you needed to get the job done. Parts fit where they were supposed to, and it took me all of 15 minutes to go from in the box to sitting in it in front of my desk. This was the easiest piece of furniture to put together I've ever done and I've done my fair share. The char is very comfortable to sit in as I said, and I love it already. My old chair broke and i was using a keyboard bench in front of my computer desk, which was ok, but it sucked not having a back to lean against. This chair feels good on my back and my cheeks. I love that the arms swivel up. so that if I'm making music or something that requires a lot of turning to the sides, etc, I can just lift them up and get them out of the way. The whole chair feels well made and sturdy, and it's rated to support up to 300lbs, so unless I really let myself go, it should last me for a good while lol. This chair is priced well and is a good buy in my opinion. The back doesn't lean back, but I prefer that. I want to be up, alert and focused on what I'm doing at my desk in my chair. I don't think I'll be falling asleep accidentally in this chair too quick, so to me it's a plus. It's still comfortable and exactly fit my needs. 5 stars all around! ... show more

This is an exceptional price for this quality chair. It only took 30 minutes to put together. The directions are very explicit and easy to follow. There is only one tool needed to put the chair together, and they even supply it along with the bolts needed. I'm a woman in my sixties and I found it very easy to put together by myself. It looks beautiful and luxurious. I love that the seat raises to a full 23 inches. My last chair only went up 20 inches and it was not high enough for my desk. This is perfect! Of course, the chair can rock back and forth as well. Another great feature is that when you are done working you can raise the armrests so that the chair can slide all the way into the desk saving lots of room. My other chair was giving me lower back pain. No pain at all in this chair. Well worth the investment. The only issue I had was that the right armrest had black scratches and staining on the silver structure area. The rest of the chair was perfect. So I emailed the company at their customer service email address. They responded very quickly and within just a few days sent me a brand new right arm piece unit at no charge that was in perfect condition. Excellent customer service. Edit/update- the seat of the chair is 100% uncomfortable after about 6 months. I tend to wear jeans most days and the dye transfers to the light colored material. You can see the outline of the springs in the seat which shows the cushioning is not good. The rest of the chair is still comfortable except the seat which has caused some tailbone sensitivity. This is disappointing as the chair looks great and feels comfortable except for the seat area now. I bought an office chair at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I got a reasonably priced one as I was in denial about how dang long we'd be working from home. We returned to the office so I didn't use that one as much anymore. And then, our offices flooded. Ugh. We are back to working from home until all the work is done. Started having back problems from that "denial chair". Bought a chair pad but that didn't help. I knew I needed a new chair but didn't want to spend a fortune on it. THIS! WOW! This chair is a night and day difference! It arrived a day later than expected but not a biggie. Super easy to put together! They provided all the tools and bits needed in a blister pack instead of little baggies. They even had a section for "extras" just in case. One feature I really like about this is that the arm rests can fold up so you can easily slide the chair in so it isn't sticking out from your desk. I feel like my posture is better with this chair and then realized how bad my other chair was compared to this. The only issue I had was that one of the arms was scuffed up on the silver piece--it's on the right side which you really can't see with how my WFH office is set up. If I ever needed to, I could touch it up with a silver Sharpie. If you're on the hunt for a reasonably priced office chair that is comfortable, easy to put together, glides with ease and is aesthetically pleasing... this is the one for you! ... show more

I was hesitant about buying a chair that I'd never sat in, but this worked out very well. The arms fold up to let you sit criss-cross! I'm a tall woman (5'9") who usually cannot find a comfortable chair. This one is working beautifully for me. The wheels roll easily even across the rug in my study.

I bought this and returned once I had it together so I dont have pictures. It was easy to assemble and everything you need to do that came with it. It was well made and very sturdy for someone who may be on the larger size . They wouldnt have any issues with it firing them to their body. The adjustments up and down worked great and loved the arm rest for the easy as they lifted up and down. The material was soft to the touch and comfortable when you sat in it. The only thing I didnt like about it and why I sent it back was that when you put the back of the chair on it sit sit right it was lop sided. Even the arm rests one side was uneven when you looked straight on. Taking it apart repacking and then heading to the UPS store was a pain. The box is big and heavy, so if your a small person and not strong getting someone one else to help you would be helpful. l ... show more

Now looking back on the reviews here I see that they are for recent purchases. I don't see reviews for purchases 6+ months afterwards. So I am doing one because I think it is more important how a product holds up, rather than how nice it is when you get it. I bought this office chair thinking that it had good reviews and would last a while. I didn't buy the protection plan with it -- my bad, but i didn't expect this to fall apart so soon. I bought this in March of 2024. I am a software engineer working from home so the chairs I have get a lot of use. Let than 3 months after having it the springs started to show through the seat. 6 months into it the "leather" started to fray from just regular use. 9 months into it the chair leans to one side more than the other. Now it's pretty much hurts my back and my bottom so I have to get a new chair. The last two office chairs I had before this one (which unfortunately are not sold any more) were around $250. These chairs each lasted me 5 years. So although this chair was like $150 less, I'm going to have to now buy a new one LESS THAN ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Buyer beware. Do not purchase this if you will be using it a lot, and if you do buy a 3 year warranty -- you will definitely need it. Extremely disappointed. ... show more
