This chair was a breeze to put together and is very comfortable to sit in. The instructions were very clear on the steps to get it together, as well as it had the tools and hardware you needed to get the job done. Parts fit where they were supposed to, and it took me all of 15 minutes to go from in the box to sitting in it in front of my desk. This was the easiest piece of furniture to put together I've ever done and I've done my fair share. The char is very comfortable to sit in as I said, and I love it already. My old chair broke and i was using a keyboard bench in front of my computer desk, which was ok, but it sucked not having a back to lean against. This chair feels good on my back and my cheeks. I love that the arms swivel up. so that if I'm making music or something that requires a lot of turning to the sides, etc, I can just lift them up and get them out of the way. The whole chair feels well made and sturdy, and it's rated to support up to 300lbs, so unless I really let myself go, it should last me for a good while lol. This chair is priced well and is a good buy in my opinion. The back doesn't lean back, but I prefer that. I want to be up, alert and focused on what I'm doing at my desk in my chair. I don't think I'll be falling asleep accidentally in this chair too quick, so to me it's a plus. It's still comfortable and exactly fit my needs. 5 stars all around! ... show more

This may change over time as I use this chair and it goes through the rigors of my life. However, so far it is good. It was pretty easy to put together. Directions were clear. I did have trouble getting the armrests affixed to the chair back. It seemed to take hours. In reality, it only took 20 more minutes. Had I had a helping hand it would have been faster. I'm short. 5'2, with sawed-off legs. This is the first time a chair's lumbar support has hit me right. Yay. Raises and lowers smoothly. Yay. Armrests can go up to accommodate goblin sitting. Double yay. There are some things I dislike. 1, it is supposed to tilt and it does not. That was a selling point for me, and I'm not happy it doesn't work. 2. It's smelly, like new vinyl usually is. I'm airing it out in hopes this will dissipate. 3. It could use a headrest, and the neck support hits me way wrong. 4. Vinyl is not very breathable. But that is vinyl for you. I may cover with microfiber chair cover of some sort. Editing to add: Customer service is really fantastic. They helped me figure out why the chair wouldn't tilt, and I had it fixed in mere minutes. This is an exceptional price for this quality chair. It only took 30 minutes to put together. The directions are very explicit and easy to follow. There is only one tool needed to put the chair together, and they even supply it along with the bolts needed. I'm a woman in my sixties and I found it very easy to put together by myself. It looks beautiful and luxurious. I love that the seat raises to a full 23 inches. My last chair only went up 20 inches and it was not high enough for my desk. This is perfect! Of course, the chair can rock back and forth as well. Another great feature is that when you are done working you can raise the armrests so that the chair can slide all the way into the desk saving lots of room. My other chair was giving me lower back pain. No pain at all in this chair. Well worth the investment. The only issue I had was that the right armrest had black scratches and staining on the silver structure area. The rest of the chair was perfect. So I emailed the company at their customer service email address. They responded very quickly and within just a few days sent me a brand new right arm piece unit at no charge that was in perfect condition. Excellent customer service. Now looking back on the reviews here I see that they are for recent purchases. I don't see reviews for purchases 6+ months afterwards. So I am doing one because I think it is more important how a product holds up, rather than how nice it is when you get it. I bought this office chair thinking that it had good reviews and would last a while. I didn't buy the protection plan with it -- my bad, but i didn't expect this to fall apart so soon. I bought this in March of 2024. I am a software engineer working from home so the chairs I have get a lot of use. Let than 3 months after having it the springs started to show through the seat. 6 months into it the "leather" started to fray from just regular use. 9 months into it the chair leans to one side more than the other. Now it's pretty much hurts my back and my bottom so I have to get a new chair. The last two office chairs I had before this one (which unfortunately are not sold any more) were around $250. These chairs each lasted me 5 years. So although this chair was like $150 less, I'm going to have to now buy a new one LESS THAN ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Buyer beware. Do not purchase this if you will be using it a lot, and if you do buy a 3 year warranty -- you will definitely need it. Extremely disappointed. ... show more

I got this chair as an upgrade for the one I had been using. The one I had I pulled out of someone's garbage on the side of the road 10 years ago, and it was still fully useful I just wanted something nicer. So far this chair is beautiful and comfortable. It took me less than 30 minutes to put together, but I do construct furniture rather frequently so I'm not sure if that was fast or average. The directions were clear enough and the tools were included, which is always awesome. I'm not a small person and I feel comfortable sitting in this chair. It is sturdy and feels well made. It moves up and down easily. The arms move up and back out of the way which is nice to push it completely under my desk. Obviously I can't say if it's going to last a long time quite yet, but for now it looks really nice and is comfortable and affordable. I love it so far! Update- I've had this chair for several months now and still love it. I recently started grad school online and sit comfortably for many hours. My back and neck don't hurt at all like they do in any other chair. Wish I'd had this years ago! It's still pretty and white too. ... show more

I bought this and returned once I had it together so I dont have pictures. It was easy to assemble and everything you need to do that came with it. It was well made and very sturdy for someone who may be on the larger size . They wouldnt have any issues with it firing them to their body. The adjustments up and down worked great and loved the arm rest for the easy as they lifted up and down. The material was soft to the touch and comfortable when you sat in it. The only thing I didnt like about it and why I sent it back was that when you put the back of the chair on it sit sit right it was lop sided. Even the arm rests one side was uneven when you looked straight on. Taking it apart repacking and then heading to the UPS store was a pain. The box is big and heavy, so if your a small person and not strong getting someone one else to help you would be helpful. l ... show more
