These shirts are styled well and seem to be well constructed. Unlike the experiences other reviewers report, the items came as described and as ordered. I am 5'9", weigh 170#, and have 15% body fat. "Large" fits me well without being a compression shirt. My workouts over the last couple of years are usually bicycling a heavy hybrid bike with a weighted backpack, for 25 to 40 miles. As such I have not concentrated on myohypertrophy, and size large leaves me some room for this. All that is to help with picking a size for yourself as that seems to be the biggest hiccup.

I'm 5'6", and athletic 155 lbs. These shirts are longer and looser than I expected. However, the sleeves are tight around my forearms when I pull them up. This wasn't enough for me to return them. They are lightweight as advertised.

I usually wear a size Large and I saw the advice in some reviews to order a size up. I got the XL's and they fit perfectly. Very good quality, lightweight and durable through several washings so far.

The sleeves ride about 2-4 inches up my arm and I really hate that in shirts. It's like wearing high waters on you arms. They really should have made the sleeves longer.

Long Sleeves are way to short . I re-ordered Large Size hoping the Sleeves would be longer. The Sleeves were still too short . I have average length arms . I kept the Large Size Shirts because I like the look and comfort.I will have to pull the sleeves Up over my elbows . Can't handle sleeves that are too short. I do like the design .

I liked the shirt. I didn't love the shirt. I think that disparity was due to sizing. The chart and the predictive modeling where amazon said, "based on previous purchases, you would be a............". So I ordered as such. But it was too large. Not horribly so, but a L would have been better than an XL. That said, during an outdoor run at 19F, with a t-shirt over it (and no coat), I maintained a decent temperature. It kept me warm-ish. I think a tighter fit would have made it better - but I have nothing really with which to back that up. I'd do this again, but I would knock it down one size.
