I work at a desk job and my neck hurts from staring at the computer all day. A coworker has something that’s similar to this but it’s not quite the same. I was browsing on Amazon and found these and omg! It is amazing. Definitely massages your muscles and with the arm loop, you can adjust the strength. It is very sturdy and bulky but otherwise it is fine because it is effective. I kind of wish I knew about these before I went to get a massage two weeks ago. These are so much better. You can adjust which part you want to be massaged and you can also set it to put out heat. This was worth every penny and I’m so happy that I found this. I showed it around the office and had my coworkers try it and they also fell in love. One even asked me to send her the link so she can buy it on prime and would have it delivered that night. This is a perfect gift for anyone that works a desk job or sit in front of the computer all day. Super easy to use and very durable. The massage balls are well designed to hit any sore areas. Great job in making this!

The grey is the cheapest and does the same thing as the other colors. It is AMAZING! The only down side is it doesn’t come with a car adapter plug like some of the others. The heat is comfortable. The different settings are all useful. It’s super easy to use. Great quality massage. Massages effectively. You determined the intensity with your body pressure, which makes it even more amazing. I wish I’d bought it years ago!

This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased and it is wonderful! It’s really saved me from some awful headaches from my neck! That being said: the quality of the fabric is not so wonderful. I had to purchase a 2nd one because the fabric on the massage nodules tore on the 1st one. I wrote it off as a flaw with the plastic on the nodules catching the fabric. I, without hesitation, ordered a 2nd one at the end of December 2024. It is the end of May 2025 and unfortunately the fabric is tearing on this one as well. I’ve seen a few other reviews about others tearing as well. I don’t use it excessively and am so sad that my go to neck saver is ruined. Again. Below are pictures of the first and second massagers.

The more you allow your arms to rest and pull down on the massager the deeper you will get massaged. The heat works well and it feels relatively well made. The design is comfortable though it would be nice if the straps were adjustable as I'm just shy of 6 foot and the loops for your arms a little short. And the buttons to adjust things are kinda hard to see without cranking your neck which youre massaging to improve comfort! All-in-all it's easy enough to use and it absolutely helps loosen up stress and tension in the neck and upper shoulders. I havent tried it too much on the back, but its designed in a way to absolutely be effective in allow you to hold it to different areas similarly to the base setup upon your neck/upper-back.

This massager is really powerful! I love how strong it is and it’s done wonders for my shoulders and neck. It is so strong though that it sometimes leaves my muscles a little sore like after a deep tissue massage. The heat setting is a nice addition. It’s not too loud so you can still relax and watch TV while using it. Although I haven’t tried it out yet, it also came with a car charger adaptor so could be good to take on the road as a passenger in an car.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Saw it advertised and wanted to give it a try. I bought it in May 2024 and it just died on me about a year later. Think maybe motor went out but I'm unable to get it working again. It was nice while it lasted. Not sure I'd but it again

This isn’t at all what I expected from a shiatsu massager. Most I’ve tried in the past felt like I was being pummeled, but this one delivers strong pressure without being harsh. The massage effectiveness is impressive, and the vibration level and heat make it even better. I use it about three to four times a week, and it’s made a real difference in how my neck, shoulders, and upper back feel. The hand supports help you adjust where you place them, and the buttons located on the side of the unit allow you to easily adjust the intensity. The whole thing is simple to use. The quality of the massage is honestly amazing. It’s even been helping with my musculoskeletal vertigo, which I didn’t expect.

Surprisingly effective! I wasn't expecting much, but thought I'd give it try. Within minutes it had released a tight muscle that had been restricting movement. Easy to use and versatile. The only possible drawback is it must be plugged in to use. Cord provided is ample length though to sit comfortably while using.
