  • Great value and works those knots out Great value and works those knots out
Color: Gray
I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders. It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction. I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I used this for over an hour in one use and it performed great. It helped reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I’m looking forward to seeing what a week of using this massager will do for me. I have a fancy massage chair but it doesn’t help with my neck. This massager was addressing the knots in my shoulders on the lightest setting. I think I’ll have to work up to the deeper massages. It does require you to lean against something and plug into the wall. I found it comfortable sitting on my couch and leaning back with a cushion under my lower back. I am so impressed. I bought another neck massager for $150 and it did not hold a candle to this product. I am very happy with the purchase and I feel it was well worth the money. ... show more

  • I Have Voluntarily Surrendered to My New Robot Overlord
Color: Black
Listen, I didn’t buy a massage pillow; I bought a 16-fingered mechanical assassin whose only mission is to hunt down and destroy the knots in my shoulders. And let me tell you, business is booming. The Good, The Great, and The "Oh My Stars" The 16 Nodes of Doom: These things don't just "knead"; they perform a deep-tissue interrogation on my muscles until they admit they were being too tight. It’s like having a very strong, very silent professional masseuse living in my couch, but I don't have to make awkward small talk about their weekend. The Heat (The Sweet 113°F): This thing gets warmer than my coffee after I’ve forgotten about it for twenty minutes. It’s the perfect temperature—not "burning building," but definitely "tropical vacation for my neck." The "Arm Stirrups": I love the long straps. I can pull down on them to increase the pressure until I can see into the future. It’s a great workout for my arms while my neck is getting the spa treatment. A Few "Reality Checks" The Cord Situation: Yes, it’s NOT CORDLESS. If you try to walk away while wearing this, you will be yanked back like a dog on a short leash. But honestly? In this economy, being tethered to a wall is probably the safest place for me to be. It keeps me from doing chores. "Sorry, honey, I'd love to do the dishes, but the Nekteck says I'm grounded." The Auto-Shutoff: It turns off after 15 minutes. This is a safety feature, but it feels like a personal rejection. Every time it stops, I have to go through a brief period of mourning before I hit the button again. Verdict If you carry your stress in your shoulders like a backpack full of bricks, buy this. It’s FSA/HSA eligible, which means the government basically wants you to be relaxed. It’s the best "White Elephant" gift you could ever give—if you’re okay with your friends fighting to the death over it in your living room. Summary: My neck feels like butter. My soul is at peace. My mobility is limited to a 6-foot radius from the outlet. 10/10 would be held hostage by this cord again. ... show more

  • It works, but won't beat a pro massage obviously.
Color: Black
I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :) ... show more

  • Comfortable while using for stiffness & pain
Color: Blue
The massage setting is just the right pressure and both speeds are good. The heat is great. I like everything about this device. I had whiplash over 20+ yrs ago and been to physical therapy many times. This is not a cure but it does help with the stiffness and pain to some degree. It is also well made. ... show more

  • Really helped relieve the pain and tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back
Color: Black
This is amazing! I have neck and shoulder pain and tension. I haven’t had a massage in years. For the first few minutes it hurt but I believe that is because I had so much tension. After a few minutes, I felt the wave and relief of tension from my head to my toes go through me. I then had chills. I feel so relaxed and loose. This massager really feels great. I haven’t felt this relaxed in years. I know some reviews they complained about the heat. I felt heat and it was the perfect temperature and felt great with the massager. I just received this today so I don’t know about longevity, but even if it only lasted a month, I would buy a new one every month. It’s cheaper than paying for a one time massage. ... show more

  • Compressed Vertebrae Pain Mitigator and No More Therapy Massages
Color: Beige
My wife has three compressed vertebrae at the top of her spine, at collar bone level, which pinches a nerve, creating pretty severe pain which travels across her shoulder blade and down her arm. Surgery is the only solution for a permanent fix, but we are not about to take that step since surgeries of this type are notorious for mixed results with up to 50% of patients being worse off after the surgery than before. Too risky, so we have to deal with it and manage the pain. Our maintenance basically consists of continual use of Aleve or Ibuprofen to control the pain and also very frequent massages of her area of discomfort. She is always asking me for an upper torso "back rub". When I saw this I thought, "Certainly worth a try since she could massage herself". So I bought it for one of her Christmas presents. She got very excited opening her present, after she realized what it was. She loves it and uses it for extended periods every day. Any time she is sitting still, she has it in place on the back of her neck. Watching TV or reading a book, it is always there. She also likes the fact that she can position it anywhere from the waist up, and does so, frequently moving it into a different position. I have not had to give her nearly as many back rubs anymore, since this does a super job on its own. This device has been somewhat of blessing to her and does relax her enough to relieve the pain. Although it may not be for everybody since the hard rotating massage balls can be somewhat uncomfortable if you apply to much forward pressure or you are against a fairly hard surface on the back side of the massager, because that would press the balls pretty hard into your body. But you have total control of that and if you want a more comfortable massage, you can fold a bath towel however many times you want to achieve the right amount of cushion, if you are looking for a more comfy massage.. For her it is perfect without anything in between her skin and the rotators. She wants the somewhat aggressive massage to get deep into her muscle tissue. She uses a massage therapist a couple times a month when she especially hurting, who really bears down hard at her points of discomfort so this device is much like going to the therapist. You just need to understand what you are looking for when you decide to purchase this. It is a great product for how it was designed and is ergonomically correct for the way it is used. A year ago, I bought her a massage device which sits in her office chair, kind of like a seat cover on a car. It has almost exactly the same rotating balls, with heat (makes me wonder if it is the same manufacturer), but it does not work nearly as well, because the rotating balls are far too high and really hit the back of her skull instead of on the shoulders. So she has to sit on pillows to raise her up enough for it to hit her neck and shoulders. With this, no matter how tall or short you are, you can find the perfect position for it, with your arms through the loops. She also likes the heat VERY MUCH, and uses it sometimes without the massage action, and always with it. I looked at quite a few units like this, which were a bit cheaper, but found too many average to poor reviews and decided on this because of its majority of 4 and 5 Star reviews. That was enough for me and I can say that she loves what it does for her and it scored some really big brownie points for me, even though I don't need any. ... show more

  • The third one is not a charm!
Color: Black
This is the third of this neck massager I have purchased on Amazon. The first one i received as a gift and it was wonderful! I have Lupus and chronic myofascial pain. The first generation of this massager provided great massage heads that reached deep into the fascia and trigger points providing relief and relaxation and increased bloodflow to those areas. However, this massage pillow must have changed. I bought the second one as a gift to my daughter. And i purchased another one to replace the first massager i received four years ago or so. This newest one, purchased early in 2026, feels like the mechanism was installed upside down or backwards. It is awkward, unbalanced and the massage nodules don’t reach the muscles unless I do some strange positioning of the massage pillow on my back. Not comfortable and certainly not the original configuration. I hope it is a manufacturer defect that can be corrected, rather than an unfortunate redesign. ... show more

  • Buy this!! Back/neck saver!
Color: Black
BUY THIS!!! If you're reading these reviews, you're in the market and in need and I assure you that this is the real deal as is the company. I've had this since Feb. 2024 and use it on my neck, lower back and I also put my calves on it when needed. It is strong and goes in different directions and really feels like a deep tissue massage - you can of course move and pull it closer with the arm straps or keep it light if it's too strong. The heat helps SO much but it's a button you can turn on/off (but I highly recommend the heat). I came to review this now, years later, after an excellent experience with the seller. I hurt my lower back and was using it yesterday more than usual with the heat and it was really helping. I went out and came home and tried to use it again before bed but it didn't work - it turned on and the heat light lit up but no movement. I panicked and emailed the seller at the address on a little yellow sticker on the cord late on a Saturday night and described the issue. An hour or so later I tried it again in desperation and it turned on! (By then I had already ordered a replacement because we are lucky to live close enough to a warehouse and get stuff overnight more often than anyone should, but I was also able to cancel it in time.) To my surprise, Sunday morning they responded to my email! Of course I am well beyond the 1 year warranty and they accurately assessed the issue of overuse and said that it would shut down for safety reasons and just needed a rest, which of course makes sense and thankfully the safety features work. (I did buy the calf/foot massager during the incident too and kept that :-) ) ... show more
