I got this because my back, shoulders and neck hurt all the time from stress and tension. It arrived the next day. It comes with a case/bag to store it in when not in use. It comes with the standard wall adapter and a car adapter. For me, the cord was long enough - it’s about 5ft long. It works perfectly to relief stress and tight kinks in the shoulder area. I haven’t used it on the lower back. It warms nicely as well. The ONLY two things I would change on the design would be a place to plug this into the unit on either side. I really like this massager when used properly. If put too close to the neck, for example, it hurt but placed correctly, it is wonderful.

This massager is top notch and I love how well it works on my arthritic neck and thoracic spine. You control the pressure and depth of the massage balls according to how much pressure you use with your wrists in the holders. It felt heavenly and I love how the massage balls rotate clockwise/counter clockwise every minute. I can feel it releasing the tightness of my muscles. I received this as a gift for Christmas for my husband as it was the talk of the town during this time and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do it massages you I do think the cord is a little bit short though, so you don’t really have the flexibility of kind of moving around with it I also feel like the heating function is a bit off actually purchased one and sent it back thinking something was wrong with it but the heating function is there but it’s really really minimal other than that.
