One of my littles is a makeup queen and this was perfect. Nothing toxic and it was super bright colors and fun for the little makeup dive. She loved the case and the many choices of makeup with in. Most kid make ups are dull and not fun but this is just as good as a women's set.

My 6-year-old is absolutely obsessed with this kit and it has become one of her favorite things. She has also taken it upon herself to do her brothers' makeup, so fair warning it is a household activity now. The mermaid theme is a big hit at this age. What I genuinely appreciate is how well it washes out — from clothes, fabric, you name it — because the oopsies are inevitable and this stuff actually comes clean without a fight. My only gripe is the value equation. Nothing is wrong with the product at all, but the contents feel a little light for what you pay. If they packed the kit out a little more it would be an easy five stars. Overall a solid, safe, and fun gift for any kid who is into makeup.
