I have an 8-level spinal fusion so back braces are needed occasionally when lifting and driving long distances. I loved the ability to adjust the side panels for support levels but have to admit the stretch fabric holding everything in place is already snagging due to the inner fabric and side panel velcro (4 tabs) getting stuck to each other. Even when I open the panels full width, the velcro ends have a mind of their own and I end up looking in the mirror to figure out what went wrong. I do wish the back panel itself was a tad longer so it went higher up the spine. Other than this, I'm going to order one for my husband who hasn't undergone the knife yet and I'm hoping this will give him some relief in lieu of painful injections and trips to the chiropractor.

Im 5'1 roughly 145-150 lbs . I have had multiple back surgeries within the recent years , a car accident, and recently slipped the disc again. Fair to say my back is "busted" , for lack of better word choice. Going from being an athlete and working out consistantly to my recent back issues, even took a toll on me mentally. After re-injuring my lower back recently I was starting to loose hope and I just refuse to have a 3rd back surgery. I initially purchased a posture corrector that also offered lower lumbar support. I was excited about the produt, however it would not stay in place around the lumbar area and actually caused more pain over time. Of course it was returned , which led me here. I saw the initial video of the young man with Scoliosis . So I decided to take a chance. This thing arrived the next day even when ordering it around 10:45pm. I have had it on all day for the most part because I sit down for work as well, I am currently in school so I sit down for my studies. The brace size I chose is medium as I'm a 32 to 33 waist. This is the perfect size and the perfect support. My mobility just walking around the house is even improved with this brace on. The inner braces that provide support to your mid to lower lumbar area are in the perfect place and have a slight bend, which conforms to the natural arch in the small of your back. This adds comfort and support. This brace also has two outside adjustable straps, that when pulled tightens around your waist. It feels like a comfort hug while remainging flexible and alow breathability. The straps expands with your body on a huge inhale. For those that might care about such things it actually conceals the mid section. So kinda acts as a girdle in a sense and is hidden pretty well under a shirt. Cant really tell that it is on. I know I have typed a lot. Words just can't describe the relief and joy that I'm in right now. This product works wonders and if you have had any type of back issues and need support . I highly recommend this product.

I got the muscle spasm on my back a week ago while I was fixing my backyard concrete stairs. I am a small woman and I have to repair my house myself including the construction work. Oh well. I actually enjoy it. At that time it was extremely painful that I won’t be able to move. From my previous experience, what I needed was a bed rest and a good back braces. I immediately bought this product from amazon next day delivery. I am glad I chose this one. It’s constructed with 6 spring stabilizers with the stretchy fabric and the mesh wrap. I wrapped it round my waist tie enough to provide the full range of compression while I was able to breath comfortably. It provided the supports for both back and side so my lower spine remained stable. My pain totally went away in three days and i was able to be as active as I normally could except avoiding the weight lifting. I was continuing wearing it for a week, and after about 10 days, my back was completely healed and I can continue working on my stairs. Highly recommended this product to any one who has lower back issues.

This is the best support I've worn so far. A solid 4 out of 5, there's always room for improvement. I wish the front was as wide as the back. But it is still wider in the front than the back side of all my other supports. Other supports always have the problem of being too narrow and the just dig into my stomach, or slide up the back making them useless. Comfort wise, there are no gaps along the sides like others which causes pinching and discomfort. I can wear it on bare skin and not have any issues, which is nice. Make sure to measure your stomach at the belly button, not at the waste. Those complaining about it not fitting did not read the instructions on the product listing.
