I have used a NEENCA knee brace for 7 years--think they are great.. They wear out about every 3+ years and need to be replaced if you wear them regularly. Just order and received their new "premium" brace. It was a flop--less compression and poor support plus thin fabric rolled up. I returned them and order this model. Got it out of the mailbox after an 8 hour shift (knee screaming in pain,). Put it on to judge whether it would be too tight to wear for 8 hours the next day (bought one size down, as other reviews suggested, and glad I did). It was tight, but felt like it would stretch. 1.5 hours later I took it off, to go to bed, and the pain was gone! I could even lie down with knees touching! Have worn it for 2 full shifts and pain is about 90 % improved. It is very difficult to get on and off, but you can't expect something to stay firmly in place while wearing, and also slide easily on and off. I have over a dozen different brands of knee braces. I've tried Copper and others. They all have this problem of falling down and bunching up. But this is the best I've had. Because it's longer it covers the knee better. And because of the design it doesn't Bunch up as much. It also has a slight knee pad so I can go on my knees with no problem.
