I purchase a pair few months ago. They fit well on my knees. Make sure to measure and order per instruction from the vender. They help stabilize my knees. Just like any other supports, they need to be removed after being used for few hours for your blood circulation.

Bought this product to replace knee sleeves without the side supports and knee protecton. When I ordered them I bought the XL size based on the chart recommendation. I have a swollen arthritic knee and had an issue pulling the sleeve over my knee. I contacted customer service to see if going to the larger size would be beneficial. Correspondence was very fast and they sent me a larger size to try, which solved the problem. I am very pleased with the quality, comfort and support received. When I measured myself I was at the top end of one size and the bottom of the next size up. First I got the smaller one and it's too tight at the top. So I ordered the next size up. That size was so big that the brace did nothing. So now I have two braces that don't fit. I did wear the smaller brace to work and it gives really good support and lessened my pain in my knee but it's squeezing my thigh which is annoying. ... show more

I put the brace on . It didn't seem too tight. I was walking with it for about an hour and a half. Seemed great. I sat down and put my legs up for an hour. I got a bad cramp in my ankle . Took it off and it shot up through my knee into my thigh. Pain was excruciating. Took about 5 minutes to calm down. I'm ok today but I won't be using it again. ... show more
