These are less bulky than an OA unloader brace that I wear for skiing. I wore these while fishing/rafting and liked the slim fit in waders. Nice support and a little protection from bumps while rigging rafts and moving around the river. They slide on and off much easier if you fold the band of non-slip out of the way. Don't fold the side supports - just the top inch or so!

Update: Unfortunately, I had to remove 1 star. Please see the pictures of the rash that developed after wearing the knee supports for several hours. This is how it looks on Day 3. At first I thought it was just an indentation, but it’s an itchy rash. Another reviewer posted about this. I would say if you have sensitive skin, either don’t buy these or only wear for short periods of time. I still really like them. So when the rash clears, I’ll use them for my workout only. About half an hour. I’m also going to look into lining whatever material is used at the top. It did not cause an indentation or rash under the bottom part. So, just be aware of the potential issue. Clearly many people do not have this problem. Original Review: I bought these for weight training at home. I’m over 60 and it’s critical that I protect my joints. The last knee brace I had was uncomfortable. After reading reviews, I decided to give these a try. It’s much more economical to buy a pair. Another reviewer mentioned he went down a size because he wanted good compression for short-term wear (like working out). So I followed his advice. I’m 5’ 3’’ tall and weigh about 165 pounds. By the size guidelines (I measured as best I could), I should have ordered an extra large. I went with the large. I tried them on with the intent of wearing them for awhile to make sure I want to keep them. Well, it’s been over 2 hours and I forgot I still have them on! Supportive and comfortable. They appear to be excellent quality. I recommend washing in cold water, gentle cycle, air dry, to increase the longevity of the fabric. Highly recommended.

Love the color. Fits perfect to my measurements. Has thick stabilizers on each side of sleeves. Not hot but a warm comfortable feeling. Very easy to put on. Name tag sewed into top end. That's where I pulled the sleeve up from. Put sleeve over foot and pull upwards . The gel round liner goes over knee cap. The gel is located inside the sleeve. I'm able to get up and down off of furniture. Great performance. I've found by supporting knees I now am able to move without pain.

I was looking for a more supportive brace other than regular spandex knee sleeves and these fit the bill. Felt the difference as soon as I put them on and went for a long walk with my pooch. A little tight fitting which added to the support but I expect them to loosen up a little with more wear.

Beware, these contain latex. I wore them for 2 days over leggings. The 3rd day was too hot so I wore them without leggings and reacted to them. Really a shame because I love these otherwise. Unfortunately, with the leggings underneath, they don't stay in place as well. You really need the grippy parts against your skin to hold it in place. Allergy aside, these are very comfortable. Make sure you measure and check their sizing chart. If you're in between sizes, I recommend going up. I could barely get the large on (and I'm not a large person). The XL fit.

I had a few knee injuries in my youth and have worn a patella stabilizing knee brace for years. As I got older, I've occasionally worn a knee brace on both knees to reduce my knee fatigue and pain. The BREG knee brace was my most recent one and I was very happy with it. As I looked on Amazon to buy some new BREGs (because mine were becoming less supportive from years of use and occasional laundering), I was not happy to see the BREG priced at ~$75 each and decided to search for less expensive options. There are some I bought as potential replacements at a lower price than the NEENCA, but those didn't even stay put on my leg/knee for two hours of use before I had to remove them for being more aggravating than supporting. Today I tried the NEENCA knee braces for the first time. They stayed pretty much in place for the entire day with only a few minor adjustments needed. I walked around 3000 steps with them on and adjusted from a seated to standing position at my desk multiple times through the day. I am very pleased with the performance and particularly with the price being 1/3 the cost of the BREG knee braces I was replacing.
