We had purchased a few Casper mattresses, and loved them. We needed 1 more for a guest bedroom, and thought we’d give a Nectar a try. Especially since it came with free delivery and unpacking AND a certificate for a sleep bundle package that includes pillows, sheets and mattress protector. Seemed like an awesome deal! The mattress was delivered into the bedroom where it would stay, but no unpacking happened… the guy just left. After we pulled the mattress out of the open box, and took it out of its thick plastic cocoon , we didn’t see a certificate. I contacted Amazon , they couldn’t help. However they gave me a phone number to contact Nectar directly. The person there gave me an email address for me to send an email, requesting the sleep bundle . I did that, received an email back asking for a bit more info , and then a few days -a week later, I just received the package with all items included. It was a little more work on my part, but in the end we are very happy with the purchase. I purchased two XL TWIN to go with LUCID 600 adjustable bed. Our TempurPedic Cloud is fabulous, but we moved this into our spare room for guests. I can honestly say that this mattress was recommended by three friends. The Black Friday price is awesome and the mattress is so comfortable! I have major back problems. My husband and I have been sleeping on this mattress for a little over a week now as we both love it! My back pain has significantly decreased and I can tell I’m sleeping better. I was skeptical buying it after reading reviews, but we’ve had no issues whatsoever. There wasn’t a sleep bundle certificate in the box, but I used to chat feature on Nectar’s website and they gave me an email address to send an email to. I emailed them the Amazon order screen shot with my name and mailing address. They replied the same day and i had a tracking # the following day. We received our sleep bundle in less than a week. My husband and I both suffer from chronic back pain so we finally caved and decided to spend the money on a good mattress. For reference: we both have physically demanding jobs and I’ve been suffering from sciatic nerve pain for the past 9 years which has only been aggravated by having 3 babies in the past 3 years. That being said… I noticed an immediate change after the first night on our premium copper mattress. My husband doesn’t toss or turn at all anymore and I haven’t heard him complain about back pain once since he started sleeping on our nectar mattress. I also sleep significantly better! I was skeptical because of the negative reviews of it not expanding properly but within 10 minutes it was fully expanded and ready for sleep. Nice to have a queen bed delivered to the door. The mattress is vacuum-packed in a heavy plastic and fits inside a box. The only gripe is the part of the mattress that was in the inner part of the roll, is still a bit “smooshed.”
