The nectar soft mattress topper is fabulous. I bought a nectar mattress and it was too firm. I couldn’t sleep on it. I put this topper on the mattress and it’s like sleeping on a cloud. It also has a cooling layer for those hot nights. It fits the split king adjustable bed mattress and seems to be well made. I got back ache sleeping on the firm mattress but with this nectar topping I now wake up pain free. My only con is that it slides down towards the foot of the bed. I thought the bottom was made so it wouldn’t do that. I’m going to try putting it in a zipper mattress protector and see if that will keep the topper from moving. ... show more

    • Finally! A mattress topper that actually feels good!

In the last few years I have lost money purchasing a few different mattresses and multiple different mattress toppers just trying to get a good nights sleep. The mattresses, no matter how good they felt in the stores, ended up being too hard/firm when actually slept on. The toppers ranged from cheap foam that just squashed down to nothing, or were memory foam gels that were way too firm. I hesitated about buying this Nectar Soft Mattress Topper since it cost much more than any of the other toppers I'd tried. However, it was the only one that gave the "Soft" option. I waited 6 days/nights before writing this review, even though I slept much better and was more comfortable the very first night. I am very glad that I purchased this. I am definitely sleeping longer and am waking up feeling better than I have in years. Some mornings I stay in bed a little longer now because I'm comfortable. I'm female, will be 70 in 2 months, and have some pain in my knees and my right hip. The topper hasn't caused all of the pain to go away, especially when I roll over at night, but it's definitely made it less, to the point where some nights I barely notice it at all. A terrific product! By the way: At least one review I read mentioned that it was "too soft". I don't find that to be true for me at all. The topper still has some firmness to it, supports well, and has just enough cushioning to make it comfortable. And, like some other reviewers, I wondered if it being only 2 inches thick would be enough for it to be comfortable. It is. I have found it to be much better than I expected or could have hoped for. I was a little skeptical at first because this topper is only 2 inches thick, but I was completely wrong. It’s actually really comfortable and made a noticeable difference right away. I am a hot sleeper, and this works better for me than my original mattress, not that hot at all. Even my Apple Watch showed that my sleep was less interrupted during the night. I also really like the non-slip bottom and the true-to-size full. It helps keep the topper in place and makes it feel more stable on the bed. I recommended it to one of my colleagues, and he ended up loving it too. If you like a softer and more comfortable sleeping experience, this one is definitely worth trying. ... show more

Get it. I have a Sealy Posturepedic Pro Highland Manor Medium mattress Queen from Costco and found that it was really firm, like a brick. So I wanted to find a good topper and after reading reviews, decided on this one. Why I like it: 1.) My sheets and mattress protector with deep pockets fit both my super tall sealy mattress AND the topper perfectly. 2.) My partner likes a firm mattress and I like medium, and the combo of our firm mattress and soft topper is perfect. 3.) It came in a manageable size box and once the plastic was cut open, expanded to its size within a couple of hours. My only con: I’m trying to figure out how to keep it from shifting a little to one side. My partner tends to sit on his side of the bed and I think it pulls it more to his side. Maybe I will try attaching Velcro strips to the mattress and topper, as there are no elastic straps that keep it in place. Overall, this topper is great! Pair it with a body pillow and you will have the best sleep of your life. ... show more

This is actually a really nice mattress topper, and it is probably the best one out there for anyone looking to soften their bed. For us, we thought our bed wasn’t soft enough, but when paired with this, it was way too soft. Other than that, it is a great deal. Durable. Cooling. Soft!

This mattress topper saved us from buying a new mattress. We had a new firm mattress that just was too firm. We did all the research and finally took a chance on this one. Best money ever spent. All the shoulder and hip pain went away the first night. I was worried 2” foam wouldn’t be cushy. It is absolutely enough…Soft but you don’t sink. I put this directly over my mattress. I then put the mattress cover and sheets over it -the topper doesn’t slide around. We have been sleeping on it for a few weeks. It seems to be holding up well-no divets or low spots. I love this mattress topper it really makes a difference if you have a firm mattress. My lower back used to be painful every morning with the topper I sleep better and wake up refreshed.
