*5 month update* I really love this mattress. I meant to update the review sooner. Minimal to no back pain and sleeping better than I had before. *2 week update* I've been sleeping on the mattress over 2 weeks now. I am happily surprised to say the more I sleep on it, the more I like it. I have a pars fracture at my L5 which leaves me with back pain quite often. This mattress has allowed me a better sleep than my previous which was a serta sleeper pillow top. *update* Removed the waterproof mattress cover I had on the mattress and did not have issues with overheating and night sweats. This was great advice from a friend that I hadn't thought of. I've always used a waterproof mattress cover but the advice was it might be preventing the 'cooling' benefits. Waited 72 hours to use... Overheated from mattress which led to night sweats while AC set to 65 degrees. I'm so disappointed with the hybrid mattress. Sitting on the mattress feels like you sink in which made me worry it wouldn't provide enough support but once you lay down and weight is distributed, it's better. ... show more

We’ve had this mattress for less than two years, and we’re honestly really disappointed with how poorly it has held up. At first, it felt comfortable and supportive, but that didn’t last long. Over time, a noticeable raised/lumpy area developed in the center, which has made the bed uncomfortable and uneven to sleep on. For a product that’s marketed as durable and high-quality, I expected it to maintain its shape and support much longer. Instead, it now feels like the materials have broken down prematurely, especially in the areas that get the most use. Rotating the mattress hasn’t fixed the issue, and it’s frustrating to deal with this kind of wear so soon. Sleep quality has definitely taken a hit because of this. It’s hard to get comfortable when the surface isn’t even, and it doesn’t provide the support it once did. For the price, I expected much better longevity and consistency. Overall, I would not recommend this mattress if you’re looking for something that will hold up over time. It may feel good initially, but based on our experience, the durability just isn’t there. ... show more

I was having pain with our old bed but it was time to replace anyway this bed was a great replacement I love how it feels soft but supportive. My wife took some time to get used to it and says it is a bit firm for her.

When we first got the bed it was in a vacuum packed small package, and the bed had to inflate, we wondered what we bought lol. Within 24 hours the bed was fully decompressed and hands-down is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. It resolved my husband's Back pain and tremendously helped me with my neck and back issues from an accident a few years ago. WE CONTACTED NECTAR...AND THEY ADVISED US TO CONTACT AMAZON.COM. THE NIGHTMARE THEN STARTED. I'VE BEEN A AMAZON.COM CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 19 YEARS NOW. THIS IS THE WORST THEIR CUSTOMER HAS EVER BEEN!! AMAZON.COM SEEM TO TRY VERY HARD NOT TO PICK-UP THE MATTRESS AND REFUND OUR $1933.03 WE SPENT ON THIS MATTRESS. THEY SCHEDULED AND RESCHEDULED THE PICK-UP FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES....CAUSING ME TO RESCHEDULE MY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, CANCEL DINNER DATE WITH MY WIFE, AND MISS SEVERAL DAYS AND EVENINGS OF MY PERSONAL PLANS, WAITING ON THEIR PICK-UP WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTIL I HAD SPOKEN WITH 4 DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS AND FINALLY WRITING EMAILS TO THE EXECUTIVE TEAM! I ended up returning this product because it was too soft for my wife and I. We both felt like we were sinking in instead of being on a bed.     • This Mattress is Ruining My Life

Here is my review after 11 months of sleeping on the Premiere Copper mattress. To start, this thing is hotter than I ever knew a mattress could be. For this to be marketed as their cooler mattress due to the copper, the other mattresses must be like sleeping on the sun. Every night I wake up multiple times drenched in puddle of sweat. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I have spent nearly the price of the mattress attempting to remedy this - cooling mattress topper, cooling bamboo sheets, cooling pillows, running the AC on nights I would normally just have the windows open. Nothing makes a difference. Outside of the financial burden, this has lead to increased loads of laundry to wash the sweaty sheets and skin problems due to the excess sweat. Additionally, I question its longevity. Something seemed off from the start when after 72 hours, one side did not seem to decompress as much as the other. I’d say around 6 months I started noticing unevenness in support. This has deteriorated throughout the months since to the point of discomfort. I have developed back and hip problems that cause me to wake up in more pain than I end the day with. For thousands of dollars, you too can have the worst night’s sleep of your life every night. And your wife will hate you for it. ... show more

Originally, I was a bit apprehensive about getting a mattress online, sight unseen. I’m a bit heavier, so sleep support that doesn’t quickly sag over a short period of time is extremely important. The Nectar Copper hybrid has well exceeded my and my partners expectations, we’re now getting some of the best sleep of our lives!
