Nectar mattresses - make sure you get what you ordered
Size: Split King
Style: 14" Luxe Hybrid
Pattern Name: Mattress & Adjustable Base
I purchased the split king Nectar Luxe Hybrid with the adjustable base back in May of this year. I had to wait to unpack the bundle until today as I was waiting to do it in the new house we just purchased. Overall, the mattresses and the frame are outstanding, highly recommended. The reason for the two stars is that when I purchased the bundle, the description stated that pillows were included. Apparently that changed since May, pillows are no longer included or at least the description does not state it, and when I contacted customer service today to explain the situation, they couldn't help me. I posted a question back then and received an answer that I trusted - the pillows were supposedly wrapped with the mattresses. That was not the case. Just be aware and check everything in your order. I can technically return the whole bundle, not sure I want to go through all the hassle though.
