I regret this purchase a lot and I don’t understand the positive reviews - maybe they’re all by single people? Two adults (around 150 lbs each) sleeping on this queen and it’s miserable bc it pitches us both to the middle as we sleep. It’s always a restless night clawing your way back to the high side of your edge of the mattress. We have it in a second home so we only sleep on it a few nights a month but we dread it and it’s a stark difference (and inferior sleep) to our standard traditional mattress. I have it on a standard queen frame with large wooden slats for support that don’t sag, so I don’t think it’s my setup. Would advise you avoid unless you sleep alone. I also fell for the “upsell” of thickness and it feels like a marshmallow. It causes my partner’s arms to fall asleep and it’s very unsettling to get into. I suspect we would have been happier with the cheaper and thinner version. ... show more

Nectar luxe 14in hybrid mattress (new version) with 6 layers of support. Suppose to be Medium Firm, but after 3 days it’s still softer than a firm. Sorry I had to edit, my entire review didn’t post initially and I had to wait until posted. When the NECTAR box arrived my hubby laughed at me stating, “you are going to be sleeping on 6inches of foam”. Well he isn’t laughing now!! We rolled the mattress out of the light plastic and it was double folded, once a little slit was made in the heavy plastic it started puffing up immediately. The Nectar Hybrid Luxe is NOT just a memory foam mattress, it has 6 layers of innerspring coils, pocketed coils, memory foam, pressure relief, a cooling layer, Hybrid motion isolation layer, some of these might be the same layer, but this Luxe hybrid has spring/coils. The mattress is a queen at 80x60 14in tall and a whopping 113lbs heavy and had a white cotton material top cover. When I took the pictures the mattress was still puffing up. Later that evening my poor German shepherd crashed into bed, not realizing the new mattress was 6in taller and Nectar mattress was standing 14in tall in the bed frame. He’s ok, 1st night he got off the bed and stayed on his own, by night 3 he was happily back to hogging my side and the middle, so he approved of it….. Prior to purchasing this Nectar, I spent 2 days laying on furniture store name brand mattresses. If the Nectar was sitting side by side with a name brand furniture store one, NO one could tell it rolled out of a box. Ok, my opinion! The Nectar is softer than firm, it hugs your body, gives pressure relief so you feel rested, I swear it puts you to sleep better! I am SO happy I picked this mattress, it helped my daughter has 2 and I have napped on while babysitting. Great mattress, great value! I do suggest if you are not happy wait 24-48 hours, the mattress needs time to get settled. ... show more

Purchased this mattress in the queen size and it is comfortable but it sinks badly in the middle. My husband and I are just average size people and we both have the feeling of “falling off a cliff and sinking” throughout the night. This is the most we’ve ever spent on a mattress and are very disappointed. Now we are having trouble returning it. They supposedly have to send a third party company to pick it up and they are telling us that they are unable to come to our zip code. Very frustrating! I had a serta standard mattress with a pillow top for 10 years before this mattress. This hybrid is amazing. It is not too soft, it isnt too firm.. for me its probably on the softer side but I LOVE how my ankles, elbows, lower back slightly sink into the mattress creating amazing support. Same if you side sleep, the mattress conforms to your pressure points so you dont feel any stiffness in areas you might lay hard on (elbows, wrists, etc for side sleepers). It is the correct size for a King and thicker than my Serta so it accepts these newer deep pocket sheets better. The material on the outside are high quality and look great. It is something I look forward to each evening.. I cant WAIT to get into bed. As instructed I do rotate it probably 1-2x a month clockwise and can notice its a bit firmer after rotating. If on the fence, GET IT if you like a mid firm/mid soft mattress.. this is not the choice for you though if you like a firm mattress. It isnt overly soft either, I find it JUST RIGHT. It’s pretty heavy box. It’s a lot softer than i thought to so we sink in it some but it’s ok so far. Our backs aren’t hurting when we wake up. we both weigh about 250 lbs we just got it so will update later
