This neck massager is a great pain reliever. Nowadays I sit more 10 hours a day during my shift. After such a long sitting still I need a good massage but I can't afford to go to the therapist or salon. This neck and shoulder massager is the best choice for me. The finger like works great when it works on my neck and every time I use it largely relieving my muscle and neck pain. I don't know maybe I'm just not using it right but doesn't feel good to me. It's actually quite painful on my shoulders and I've tried on my arm and leg and barely feel anything.. Disappointed as I really wanted to love this but I'm likely going to return it....

This is awesome. My job requires me to look down and work with my hands and my neck and shoulders are always tight. This is my new best friend! It gets in deep enough to give actual relief, especially with the hand straps to pull it a bit deeper. This is a great alternative to twisting like a pretzel to try to use the massage gun on yourself. The heat is an added pleasantry. While it doesn't replace trips to the chiro or LMT, it definitely provides relief. Worth every penny.
