It does give a strong massage which helped with tight upper shoulder in back after surgery. It even lasts a long time. I had my therapist give me needling to help but it didn’t last long this did. Been using it in my knees ,they are bone on bone this makes a difference. It’s not wimpy!

I’m still working with it but disappointed in the bulky massage balls. I guess my short neck doesn’t give them good range of motion. I have difficulty positioning the device for imagined comfort. I’ll keep at it…..
