We have a truck with an outlet, so this really is great for travel for us. Long road trips feel nice with the massager on the back. It's really the right side for both small/petite and larger. I find it fits perfectly where I need a little deep tissue without being painful. It's not overly hard nor is it too soft. Neck massager arrived as described and without defects. Build quality is fine, quiet, seems like it will last quite a while. The massage nodes are a bit hard, could have used some extra padding. But if you lay a pillow between it and your head, it's much more comfortable.

This thing feels great on my back, it reminds me of a $1600 massage chair I used to have and feels just about as good. I lay it on a 45 degree angle on my adjustable bed and lay down and relax as it massages my back. It has different massage options including heat if you want it. Love this thing!
