My last one from another company lasted for years and I used it daily, so I understand why it was over me. However, I bought this one a year ago, yet I need another one already? Why is that when I don't use it everyday? It's been "slowly dying" on me for months now, so technically it did not last a full year; it was more like 7 months. I am not pleased with having to replace this massager, and since I have to, I'm going to ensure it's not from this same seller. I have vertigo and the doctor gave me an exercise to do, to move the crystal in my ears back in place. It didn't work. I read about neck massagers to help with the nerves in the neck. This type of massager was number one on the list. Not this brand, but this type. So I tried it. I do about 10 mins. a day and it works. I don't have to hang on to the wall when I get up in the morning, nor am I dizzy when I bend over to pick something up. I do recommend that you only put your hands in the slings and cross your arms across your chest. That seems to keep the massager in the right place ... show more

This thing is amazing, absolutely helps with any tension, knots and overall pain. Love the adjustable speeds, rotation and heat as well. Only downside is that they don't last long. Like the other reviews have mentioned on similar products, the mesh cloth doesn't last entirely too long so you end up with exposed nodules. Also, the nodules randomly stop working after a while. I gave it 4 stars simply because I have to replace it so often - generally once every few months. Aside from that, it's perfect. Side note: I saw someone mention that it didn't work/hold a charge. It's not portable, it comes with an A/C adapter and a car/travel adapter. ... show more

    • Does what it says, needs some adjusting to hit the right spot. Quite heavy.

This massager works like it says. It is quite heavy, and I need to adjust it to hit the right spots on my neck that are the most sore. The arm belts are actually loops where you can insert your arms to keep it in position. So that means I cannot do a lot more than watch TV, when I am using this product. Turning the power button on sets the rolling balls in motion, and they work in a circular motion to massage the sore spots. You can also turn on the heating. I almost always turn on the heating, but it is advised not to use this mode for far too long. I have never used it for more than 10 minutes at a time, using the combination of the rotating motion and heat does provide some relief, but this product has to be used a few times along with some more stretching exercises to get rid of the neck pain. I like that the rotating balls are bi-directional and change the rotation every few minutes. For the price I paid, I thought that it was a very decently crafted product. If it wasn’t as heavy and cumbersome, I would probably use it a bit more. I have had massaging cushions that you just put on the chair and then sit back into it. For those, I did not have to hold them up and they got a little more use than this one, that I use only when the pain gets so intense that I have to use it. It is much better to use it on a recliner so that some of the weight of the product can be mitigated by reclining chair back a little bit. Overall, I gave it four stars for my personal experience, but if you don’t mind the weight of the product, and the limited range of the rotating balls hits your pain points, I think this is an excellent massager for the price. ... show more
