I love this product! I had shoulder tension and a stiff back for a really long time. And it loosened everything up. The size is perfect and not clunky at all, I have it on the side of my couch whenever I need it. I was apprehensive at first but it turned out way better than the hand held vibrating massager i got before I got this. I also have sciatica and the other products I got actually made it worse. I also used this on my leg and it helps out with my leg, calf, and back as well. I'm a single mom who hasn't had anyone to help work out the knots for years and this product took out all of it! Definitely worth your money! 20/10 and 10 stars of it was possible! :)

I’ve been in PT and massage for a while for a host of neck issues. I’ve also been using TENS and other modalities at home to supplement. Regular heating pads and the guns have been of limited help. I saw this heated massager and decided to give it a try. It’s intense. Putting your arms through the loops has a big impact on the intensity of the massage. The range of the massager is good and runs from the base of my neck all the way up to the occipital area. The width is decent as well and can hone in on my neck without squishing it. It has a zipper that runs the length of the massager and I assumed it was so you could wash it. I won’t be doing that at all. While not super complicated, I don’t think it would go back together in the same manner. I’ll use a thin flour sack at my neck and just wipe down with a cloth. Overall, it’s been great so far as I’ve learned how closely to place around my neck and how firmly to tug. Actually wearing it as I write this review and it’s comfortable to type. As far as portability, there was no bag or anything for storage, but my issues are enough that I’ve ordered another to keep at work because it is giving me some needed temporary pain relief. Great quality overall.

This massager works like it says. It is quite heavy, and I need to adjust it to hit the right spots on my neck that are the most sore. The arm belts are actually loops where you can insert your arms to keep it in position. So that means I cannot do a lot more than watch TV, when I am using this product. Turning the power button on sets the rolling balls in motion, and they work in a circular motion to massage the sore spots. You can also turn on the heating. I almost always turn on the heating, but it is advised not to use this mode for far too long. I have never used it for more than 10 minutes at a time, using the combination of the rotating motion and heat does provide some relief, but this product has to be used a few times along with some more stretching exercises to get rid of the neck pain. I like that the rotating balls are bi-directional and change the rotation every few minutes. For the price I paid, I thought that it was a very decently crafted product. If it wasn’t as heavy and cumbersome, I would probably use it a bit more. I have had massaging cushions that you just put on the chair and then sit back into it. For those, I did not have to hold them up and they got a little more use than this one, that I use only when the pain gets so intense that I have to use it. It is much better to use it on a recliner so that some of the weight of the product can be mitigated by reclining chair back a little bit. Overall, I gave it four stars for my personal experience, but if you don’t mind the weight of the product, and the limited range of the rotating balls hits your pain points, I think this is an excellent massager for the price.

I’ve been using this massager for a little while now, and it does the job—mostly. It has its moments where it really helps ease some tension, especially after a long day. It’s not exactly professional-grade, but for casual use, it’s not bad. The design is fairly standard. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to use it effectively, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes more useful. Some parts feel well-made, others less so, but it holds up fine if you’re not too rough with it. Don’t expect miracles—it’s not going to replace a real massage—but for light to moderate relief, it’s worth trying. Just keep your expectations realistic. Would I recommend it? Depends on what you’re looking for. It works, it’s convenient, and it’s helped me out enough to say it wasn’t a waste.

Excellent massage, warmth and deep pressure on areas that are hard to reach. I have excruciating pain between my shoulder blades and this was perfect. You can adjust the pressure and position easily. It’s an excellent value for the price and exactly what I needed. Thank you.
