OMG when I say this little thing is AMAZING I am not kidding. I bought this for my man for Father’s Day a few months ago, the kids suggested it because he worls spbkich. Fast forward to now, I’m 7 mos pregnant and I’ve been complaining to him that I’ve been having alot of lower back pain. He suggested I give this a try. I honestly forget he even had it, but boyyy am I glad he brought it up! 10/10 !!!! I used it last night and tonight and the relief I feel is incredible. Like no joke, this has gotten rid of so much tension for me. So happy that it has the arm rests, cause it makes it so convenient. The warmer is always a nice feature. I rarely ever leave reviews and I think today was actually my last day cause its been 90 days, but I had to share this. If you’re an expecting mama especially, get this ! You wont regret it you can angle it by moving your arms a certain way to hit different muscles or also let it sit on your lower lower back/butt because its always pressure there from being on your feet all day. I really didn’t think this product would be very useful and got it for my boyfriend for his birthday as a kind of joke because he refuses to get professional massages. But it turns out that we both actually really like it and use it a lot! We keep it in the living room tucked away and pull it out anytime we have sore or stiff back muscles or if I’m getting a headache. I use it a lot for my shoulders and upper back and he mostly uses it for his shoulders and lower back. I love that you can change the speed and I like that it warms up a bit with the red light. It has a lot of power and you can control the pressure with your arms through the loops which I really like. The rotating shiatsu balls inside are surprisingly effective at kneading the muscles really deeply. I also like that you can change the direction in which they rotate (and they change direction during the session on their own as well, which I also like.). Really surprisingly impressed with this product and the fact that it has lasted three years is incredible! I have recommended it to all my family and friends. ... show more

I was extremely excited to purchase something like this because my neck is always giving me problems and I always get migraines, and I believe it's partially because of my neck pain. Once I got this I tried it almost immediately and it works really great. Once you can get the massage balls into the right place on your neck or your back, it really does help work out those knots. That being said, it is kind of awkwardly shaped and a little hard to use. You put your arms through the straps but the rest of it weighs so much it kind of falls down if you don't lean against it while trying to adjust it. It's kind of a "pain in the neck" (pun intended), in that aspect, but I do not regret this purchase as I have gotten used to it and I even use it to put my legs and arms on when they are aching at all.
