My wife has been having neck pain for awhile and her regular massager wasn’t working. We decided to give this one a try and we’re both glad we did. The neck massager has a really soft luxurious feel to it, I think it’s some sort of leather, but it feels great on the neck. We really like the battery operated function, sure you have to charge it, but no messing with a cord is much easier in my opinion. The heat function didn’t wasn’t as strong as we’d like, but that’s a personal preference. The massage “knobs” or handles were well placed to work out neck kinks. There are a couple of modes and it’s fairly straightforward to operate. We both used this massager probably for an hour or so before needing to recharge. That’s a pretty decent battery life, recharge is simple with the included usb-c cord. ... show more
