In Texas, the summer heat and humidity are scorching to the point where just a brief walk from your car into a store has you sweating, so I decided to give this neck fan a chance and I have not been disappointed. CON: Now before I praise this, BIG DISCLAIMER, any fan not attached to an additional cooling unit, is only going to circulate the air around it, so if you're buying this thinking, I'm going to be out in a hot field watching a game and feel cool--this is NOT that! This neck fan will only circulate the air around it whether that be hot or cold. I tried it in a hot garage once, and let me tell you, don't do that unless you want a baked face. PRO: However, where this shines is if there is even a slight cool breeze or you're indoors or in some shade or you get overheated (like hot flashes), or just want to stay even cooler, this is your BEST friend. Essentially I'll slap this around my neck on that hot walk in, and as soon as it hits the cool air, it's blasting that in my face cooling me down far quicker than without it. So if you're at some place like Disney where you're in and out of the hot and air conditioned buildings, this would also be great. FAN SPEEDS: are lovely. No issue there. On low, it's like a soft breeze, Medium speed, it's like the winds have picked up and High, you've got a full face blast. THE NOISE: On high, you'll definitely notice it more, but I mainly keep mine on a low speed and the sound isn't distracting at all. Literally like you're in a room where a fan is on somewhere in the background. I have tried it on high just walking around a store to see if people were noticing, and not really, so it's overall not too bad. HAIR CATCHING: Not for me. I have shoulder length hair, and its never gotten caught in it, however, the instructions do recommend you tie up your hair if you have long hair....because you "would be" that one person and try and sue! I see you! SIZE: My neck is roughly 9 inches around, had no issues with the fit. Once on, it doesn't really move around. THE LOOK: majority of people just think you're wearing headphones around your neck. I've had a few people who know what it is, point it out, but other than that, you get the odd, curious look from time to time, but once you explain, people always want to know where to get one. THE LIGHTS: Cycle around in different colors. I never turn them on as I have no use for them, but I could see being someplace dark with this on and it being helpful to find your group and what not.

Holds a good charge, will run all day on a lower setting. Good at keeping you cool. It helps if you use noise canceling headphones when running the fan on high. The fan sounds loud because it's right under your ears, but it sure feels great.

This fan is pretty comfortable to wear. There are 3 speeds that provide sufficient air flow. Keeps me cool. Only problem is it is loud so it's hard fo hear someone speaking to you. But it's great for gardening, yard work, very low impact exercise. It's not heavy and it's easy to put on and take off

So cool- literally! I live in hot, muggy Florida and this fan is a godsend. When I am working out in the yard, the heat is intolerable. But this neck fan really keeps me cool. And the charge lasts incredibly long. It is loud on high, but who cares if it brings down my temperature. The lights are a really fun touch as well. You can't beat it for the price. I even wear it during housework to keep cool during all those exhausting tasks.

With anything over $20 I research reviews. This one was #1 on most major consumer test sites. Price is great. Like that they flex a bit(last one did not) Love it uses USB-C. Really feel the air moving around the neck/face. Perfect size and seems like very good material. Noise level is what I would expect. Love that I DO NOT have to use the lights since that would use up battery. The light would be great for anyone walking/riding when it is dark out. Flashes red when needs charging, green when plugged in and blue when complete. Works while plugged in so if needed, a power bank in your pocket would get you all the time you need it for. Great for yardwork or a power outage in the summer. Off to order one for work!

I love this neck fan! How did I ever get along without it? Even on the first setting it is plenty of cooling air. This has three settings along with lights on the side if you want a cool look. I love using it around the house, when I am outside, and especially mowing. The charge lasts a very long time. It is not heavy on the neck and I even forget its there except it is so cooling.

It’s okay! I have an outdoor job where I work directly under the sun and in the heat and was hoping this could keep me cool/cooler. It didn’t make much of a difference for me at the highest speed but I wouldn’t say it made no difference. I think this fan is more cooling when you use it indoors. I kept it running when I made it back to my car with AC and that’s when I felt the most cooling. It is very portable and easy to use.
