I have been having issues with turning my neck while I sleep and waking up with a neck ache that lasts all day! I have tried all the pillows and nothing has worked so I resorted to a neck brace. I tried another one at first that didn’t have the little dip for my chin and it felt too bulky. This one is perfect and I also like how it has a washable liner. I was worried the medium would be too big but it fits. I have to pull it over quite far but it still fits well. If they offered a small I probably would have bought that. I got this neck support brace for night time stress relief and I wear it while sleeping. It is very easy to put on and get adjusted with the simple velcro strap in the back. It is both soft and firm in part not too much of either is what makes it a nice fit for me. The size I bought was an XL as my circumference is about 17.5 inches. I could have also bought the Large as there is a little excess on the strap but I am happy with the XL that way if I want to wear a turtleneck under it there will be plenty of room for it. The width of it is 4 inches which is fine for my neck size. It is accurate and it feels good when on. And, because of the way it was packaged, it was permanently bent incorrectly and stuck out on the sides.
