The Diveotree neck and back massager really hits the spot...literally!! I constantly have a knot in my neck/shoulder area that is impossible to get to and this gets to it! The massager is easy to use although the directions could not be less helpful because they are not only sparse but actually incorrect. Plug it in, put it over your shoulders, and press the power button to turn it on. You can put your arms in the straps and press downward to make it press in harder. Then press the circular button if you want to force it to change direction. If you don't, it will eventually switch direction on its own. Press the straight line button to make it go faster or slower. Press the wavy lines for heat. My only criticism of the massager (and why I deducted a star) is that there is no indicator for what level it is on or if the heat is even on. Love that it comes with a car adapter too!

The media could not be loaded. My shoulders had been killing me and making small popping noises for weeks (as if dislocated yet x rays show it wasn’t). My wife got this for me and at first I was freaked out by the motion. Well I guess the work “3D” isn’t a gimmick, as I had never felt something like this before. The motion really does feel “3D” its very strange yet feels very good. There an on/off option for heat (red glowing on the massager portion means it’s on). My only complaint is you have to look behind you to see if you turned it on, as none of the buttons light up or make audible indication you turned it on. Another button controls 3 levels of intensity. A third button (rotating circle) simply changes the rotation from forward to backward, which I can’t tell any difference once it gets going. And lastly a basic power button. The controls are high up on your left tricep area, so it’s a bit akward using your right hand (in the sling type holder) to reach over and up to change the function. Once you get your setting to what you desire, just lean down on your forearms and let the massager dig into your back. The harder you push down on your forearms the hard it digs into your back/shoulders. It’s very relaxing adn really digs in deep. The “3D” effect really makes thing unlike other massagers I’ve tried. Definitely worth the money to get a great massage. I’m just happy to finally have some relief in my shoulder joints.

Keeping things short and sweet – this is a cheap neck massager that's actually pretty powerful. It shows a lot of creative ways to massage your calves and lower back, but really, it is meant for your neck. The biggest downfall is that it has a pretty short cord and the width of the massagers is not adjustable. For the price, however, this delivers nicely.

I really like this massager and have been using it for a few weeks to get a good feel for it and write a quality review. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Does alleviate shoulder and neck pain Easy to use Nice automatic shut-off feature Material is soft to the touch Can be used on multiple body parts Relaxing Quiet Comes with car adaptor Cons: Wish it had more intensity settings (a lighter one would have been nice) Does not provide much heat Sometimes it feels like my head is being pushed too far down and making it uncomfortable

The shiatsu massager can be used on neck and back with optional heat. The massaging balls are smooth and doesn't hurt be lower back or neck during use. Provides deep tissue massage. Downside is it requires an outlet and is not rechargeable. AC adapter plug and auto adapter plug provided.
