We used the water gravity bowels for years for our three grown pups. But this thing it seems like we fill it constantly, I’m probably about to buy a second. But the dogs drink so much more easily and stay hydrated better. But this is east to rinse out and wipe down. Not like the old gravity bowels which got grimy and had to be watched to prevent mold. I have 2 extra large dogs and 1 large and this product is perfect. I ordered two, one for inside and one for outside. Very easy to clean. I really can't speak on the durability because I haven't had it long and my chewer hasn't gotten to it yet but it is sturdy. My 150 lb german shepherd has been standing in one of them with his front feet and it hasn't even acted like it would bend or break.

My 85 lb American English coonhound is really beginning to show his age and he was coughing a lot after drinking. Got this raised dish a week ago and it solved the problem. He is much more comfortable! It is not thick or sturdy and Lilly would not hold up outdoors.

Only negative for this product is the material it's mad of can be problematic for some breeds like my English Mastiff whose muzzle breaks out drinking from various plastics. It truly cleans remarkably easy and holds enough for both my large dogs to require it cleaned and filled once a day.

Dogs LOVE drinking from this. They prefer it over the other bowls. My dogs have beards or drool jaws which makes them messy drinkers and there’s always dirt and debris in the bowl. This is probably the easiest bowl to clean I’ve ever had. Fantastic water bowl and probably pretty good for food too but I only use it for water.
