I used to use Dollar Tree dishes for my kittens (almost 3 month and 5 month old), but they were too shallow to hold enough water, and my cats often spilled them on the floor while running around the house. This new bowl and water set is both cute and practical, so I no longer have to worry about water spilling or running out. The plastic bottle included is a bit thin and feels fragile, but standard plastic bottles for water, juice, or soda fit perfectly into the spout. This makes it easy to find a replacement if needed. Just make sure to press the bottle down firmly; otherwise, the water won't flow properly. My 3-month-old kitten uses this set, but she sometimes drops food into the water container. Also, mold tends to grow around the spout, so I clean it daily to keep it hygienic. The food plate is deep and the angled stand makes it easy for the cats to eat comfortably. However, because of the slope, if you fill it with too much food, some may spill out when placing it on the stand. ... show more

The dish is cute it's easy to clean, the water bottle is little difficult to refill, after unscrewing it you have to hold the unit upside down to reattach the bottle. The value is good.

    • Simple Cost Effective Cat Feeder Set

I like simple, this is a simple feeder to use and clean, the feed dish can be separated from feeder to be placed in any dishwasher at low heat or hand cleaned with a mild dishwashing soap, paper towel or sponge. It comes with two (2) water bottle gravity feed adapters that can be alternated to clean and dry to maintain water purity, with the added benefit of the adapters fitting on most soft drink recyclable plastic bottles 12-16 ounces if the included plastic bottle becomes damaged. There was no hesitation by my furry family member to use immediately. The sets feeder bowl height matches her feeding height and has improved my cats digestion by reducing her after meal vomiting to zero after less than a week of use-a win for the cleanup crew-me. It is very light, but durable, no warping of plastic at all-sits flat, the structure design maintains balance of water bottle and bowl when filled to maximum capacity, my last feeder tipped over when water bottle was filled to capacity. In our 56 years with cats, we have never had a better feeder! This is a compact feeder, designed for one cat who eats dry food. Because it's plastic, it's easy to see the water level, unlike stainless bowls. But that doesn't matter because it's self-filling. The food dish sits level on the counter when the human is filling it, and in the feeding station, it sits at a comfortable angle for the cat. Both the water dish and the food dish are simple and easy to clean. Just remember, when placing the water bottle back on it, align the discharge vents with the water bowl canal.
