Absolutely fantastic! This pump has always been my favorite tabletop from day 1 and the fact that they made it into a portable made my day. I could literally not wait to buy it!! She has always been amazing but with it being portable is all I ever asked for. Literally!!! I even made a video begging NCVI to make the regular F1 into a portable months back. Ladies this pump is perfect and extremely elastic nipple friendly there’s no way you could ever stretch as long as the tunnel is in the flanges.you can mute the beeping if you want to she has a large display with a timer and both the regular and pro come with a bunch of different extras. The battery life is amazing I get anywhere from 8 to 10 pump sessions on a full charge.She is so so quiet she’s one of the most quiet pumps that I own out of about 30 different pumps. You can independently control both sides and have different settings running at different speeds on either side. The suction on this girl is STRONG! SHES SUPER STRONG!!! I only go to level 5 expression. She has 4 different modes and the multitronic (pacifier) mode sucks EXACTLY like a baby does definitely my favorite mode on any NCVI pump.this girl has cycle speeds up to 5 and vacuum up to level 9 with 320mmHg suction strength per side that’s the equivalent of having 2 B.B 1’s in one pump because it also has 320mmHg suction strength. She’s absolutely stunning I have said this from day 1. I love the touch screen on her and it also has a night light with 3 dimmable brightness. When you are pumping with her she has the micro vibrations inside of the flanges and I Love that. you can 1000% establish and sustain a good milk supply with this beauty she’s perfect. This is a major step up from the pumps I've been using. The best feature is being able to use different settings for each side. The other two pumps I have don't allow this and it means a lot to me as somehow who struggles to get a good output of milk. This pump is easy to use, chic looking, and simple to take apart and put together.

I was skeptical as first because NCVI is a new brand and there are not many review. However, after using this for 2 weeks, I feel very satisfied. - It looks elegant and simple. Design and function is similar to the latest Spectra with just half price. Built-in light on the back is genius, especially for night pump. - Suction: 9 levels and micro-vibration gently yet effectively extract the milk, way better than my old expensive Sonata. I have multiple let-down with Multisonic and Massage mode. The baby-sucking mode is also so gentle. Once I get used to the feeling, I can switch to normal sucking mode up to level 6 for quick extracting. - Dual motor is very helpful as I need to stay on Massage mode longer to wake up my slacker noob side. - Good price, no cheap feeling though. Come with plenty of stuffs such as nipple ruler, flange insert, bottles etc. - Compatible with my Medela parts (except the flange) and Philips Avent Wide neck bottle. Disadvantage: - No battery. Not a problem to me since I use as my main pump. However, it's a bit disappointed that it reset all my preference whenever the plug comes off. - Light: No way to dim the light without un-plug it or I'm gonna lost my set up. Since I put it right next to my bed, this annoying my so much. I have to use a towel to cover the top of machine. - Need a better instruction. Manual is too short and doesn't say how fast each cycle is. - Flange. It isn't compatible with other brands like Medela, Lansinoh, etc. Doesn't come with multiple flanges like other NCVI models.

This pump is almost like a spectra gold dupe but for so much less $$$. It’s great, I love using it. Didn’t take long to adjust it for me to get the most output. It’s super quiet and not to mention beautiful 😍 and futuristic looking. The only downside is being tied to the wall 🙃 but overall I’m glad I found this pump.

The best breast pump you’ll find! I went through two Medela pumps that didn’t work after 4 pumps. Both of them I had bought. This one works like a dream! Comes with all kinds of extras. I donated it to my sister after I was done using it. She loves it as well

**Update: changed from 1 star to 3 star. Company responded to email I sent the same day I wrote my review (so it hadn't gone live yet) and offered me a refund or replacement. As I had already bought a replacement pump of a different brand, I opted for the refund which was handled very quickly. If you need to contact them, make sure to use their email and not the web contact form Amazon directs you to. I have edited my pros/cons list to add more details. ------- Pros: - Looks nice - Accessories are well made and a decent weight plastic, so I could wash them in my countertop dishwasher easily. It also came with all sorts of nice little extras - carrying bag, milk cooler, ice pack, etc. - Loved the ability to adjust each side independently (mode, cycle speed and suction are independent on each side). This really helped my supply. - Liked the 4 different modes, instead of just letdown and express Cons: - Left motor started failing after a month (audibly struggling, suction would dwindle to almost nothing, then recover a bit, rinse and repeat). I don't know if this was just a fluke since I got a refund, not a replacement. - Company was difficult to reach - Tried 3 different ways to contact them. Email worked (do not use the website contact forms) - Suction not as strong as my new spectra sg. I was running on max suction all the time, cannot do that with spectra. It's a shame because when it was working, it was a great pump. I had high hopes when I saw the build and the dual motor feature really helped my supply (I exclusively pump). Really annoyed I spent extra money on spare flanges etc. that worked with it, too. [Update: was able to swap the connector on the tubing and use the flanges etc with my new spectra SG pump, and they get really good suction!]

The pump is beautiful and works well. I have used Spectra, Medela, Lansinoh, Momfann, and a few others through my 3 children. I have been using this pump for about a week and so far I find it acceptable. Pros: it has many settings, which is nice because you never know what will work for you even depending on the day. It is very quiet and I love that it has individual motors to allow for pumping one side or pumping longer or a different setting per side. Cons: the cord and tubing is too short for my liking, I wish the flange inserts were labeled with a size, and I do not like that when you adjust the suction or cycle the pump pauses to adjust. There is a learning curve for all of the modes and settings but once you get used to them it’s not difficult to work at all. The bottles are easy to clean and my baby does like them. The ice pack is cheaply made and you must fill it with your own water. I didn’t need the bag, or any of the extras so I wish it were an option to just get the pump and parts. For the price I think it is a wonderful pump. Great as a main pump if your insurance doesn’t cover one or if the one you got through insurance broke or doesn’t work for you.
