It’s hard to pull the trigger on something like this. It’s expensive and the size of it is intimidating. However, shortly after pressing the buy button I was contacted by Anne who made sure everything was perfect. We established the bike it was going into and the power requirements for my 8000w enduro ebike matched the size and power of the battery. We discussed it over several emails to make sure it was perfect. I have been running the battery for almost a week and it is flawless. Good seller, good cells. 7 months later, this battery is still super impressive. No regrets. Did I mention it comes with AntBMS Bluetooth compatibility? Very useful when you want to micromanage. This battery is great. Plenty of power for my ebike. Have an 8000 watt 72v ebike and this battery works great. Just a little voltage sag on heavy throttle but it really makes my ebike scream lol.

Durable and very capable. I got the 100a continuous BMS 200a peak 72V 40ah battery. Bought in July of 2022. Probably charged a good 100 times at this point with zero issues. Hardest part for me was fitting this one in the frame but you can get them custom sized if you contact the WhatsApp number and talk with Anne. Can attest that these are high quality and have only lost a bit of charge life after a year of use (4-5 months of winter storage inside charging every month or so). Hope this helps you all bite the bullet! only complaint is the Connectors that I got with mine we not spark resistant so I will probably have to change those after another year or so of use depending on how many times I unplug/replugin the battery at this point. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this company. As others have said, service is excellent. It's hard to find reliable quality batteries from a trustworthy source. This is one of them. (I also like UPP and hailong batteries). I contacted the seller directly and had one of these batteries built for me. I requested higher capacity Panasonic GA cells which cost a lot more but resulted in a 56ah capacity with same dimensions, same number of cells, 20S 16P, 3500mah cells, 6AWG. I get about 150 mile range on a full charge at conservative speeds (20-30mph). I used their own Enduro frame to build my bike, 5000w QS motor and 150a sabvoton controller. BTW their frame is significantly lighter than the competition. I also purchased another custom battery from NBPower using the cheaper domestic (Chinese) cells,2500mah. Both batteries perform well, good capacity. I would trust the Chinese cells they use as well. I had the opportunity to take this apart to replace and upgrade the BMS (no fault of NBPower, I somehow ruined the firmware messing with settings and locked myself out of it, via bluetooth). I was impressed with the build quality, all cell welds were machine welded to very adequate bus bars, well made for high current. Mine came with a MAYI ANT Bluetooth BMS 120a/300a. I replaced with same brand but higher current rating 180a/400a. I worried about the BMS heating up under load packed in around all the cells with no ventilation but it doesn't. I like these ANT BMSs, I never saw either BMS rise more than 3-4 degrees even with aggressive use. App interface is nice too. The photo with the green cells is my battery with Panasonic cells pre-production before welding. I requested the Anderson style battery power connector, they also sent the wired Anderson connector for the receiving/controller end with charge port, so I didn't have to try to find any matching parts, came with everything I needed. As someone else here already talked about... I also get that huge discharge spark when connecting the battery to the controller. That spark can take a good chunk out of the metal contacts. Its that instant discharge as the capacitors in the controller charge up initially. All controllers I use do this. I discovered later using the bluetooth app that you can turn off the discharge circuit/mosfets remotely at the BMS, then connect everything up without any risk of high voltage discharge/spark, then turn the circuit back on via bluetooth. ... show more

The battery is good quality has massive power and seems to be built right. Although they use 10gauge wire for the battery. For such a powerful ebike you would want to use 8-4 gauge wire because it helps with voltage sag and the flow of current. You will probably end up talking to someone to help you with your order. Just ask if they can use a thicker gauge wire. Although 10 gauge will still work it’s just not ideal. But that’s all, would still recommend. Also I’m not a verified buyer because I chose to pay through PayPal. It only cost 1470 and that’s with shipping… save money😉 ... show more
