Huge improvement over the original Club Car Curtis controller. Regenerative braking can be adjusted from gentle drag to more aggressive for one peddle EV driving experience. I reduced the factory regen setting for a more gentle drag which slows the cart nicely and reduced the acceleration setting as well. I get approx 33% more range now and eliminated the harsh regen cut in when going down steep hills with the origin Curtis controller. We have lots of hills here and this is a much better solution. Every aspect of the motor operation is adjustable. Very easy to swap and great instructions. Really gets the most out of my lithium batteries too but would have been great even with my old lead batteries. ... show more

I installed in a 2024 club car onward with a D&D high speed motor due to a hesitation. This was because the power draw was too high as the factory controller was only 250a. I was hoping it would be faster with this controller but after their service tech tweaked parameters only 1-2 mph better than before. Phone Service WAS AWESOME!! ... show more
