I’ve been using the NAVIC Electric Scooter for a while now, and overall, it’s a pretty solid scooter. The design is sleek, and it’s easy to fold and carry around.and the dual braking system works well. However, one major drawback I’ve noticed is its performance on slopes. As soon as you encounter even a slight incline, the speed drops noticeably, which can be a bit frustrating. On top of that, riding uphill seems to drain the battery much faster than usual. While it’s great for flat roads and shorter commutes, it’s not ideal for areas with hilly terrain. They keep deleting product. It’s bad. The thing doesn’t propel upon take off. If you aren’t prepared be prepared to fall. It has a “17” showing and service signal blinking on top of it doesn’t fold and hold as it’s supposed to. I’ve tried many many times to send back and get a refund but they keep deleting reviews. I will keep posting with pictures until they let me return this product ... show more

I really like how portable this bike is. It is super fun to ride and the battery lasts a long time. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. After mounting a battery box on the back rack she takes her bike to the beach and all over now. Her siblings highly enjoy the bike as well.
