  • Solid commuter scooter with good speed and easy folding design
Color: Orange
The NAVIC Electric Scooter is a solid entry-level option for commuting short distances or getting around town quickly. It feels lightweight enough to carry when folded, but still sturdy enough when riding. The 350W motor provides decent acceleration, and it comfortably reaches speeds close to its advertised range on flat surfaces. The ride feels smooth on pavement thanks to the 8.5" tires, though you’ll definitely feel bumps more on rougher roads or uneven sidewalks. Battery life has been consistent for short daily trips, and the range is generally enough for commuting, errands, or campus-style travel. It’s not designed for long-distance riding, but it performs well within its intended use. The folding mechanism is straightforward, making it easy to store in a car trunk or take indoors. The added app control is a nice feature for checking battery status and basic settings, though it’s more of a convenience than a necessity. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the ride can feel a bit firm on rough pavement, and the range may vary depending on rider weight and terrain. It’s best suited for relatively smooth, short-to-medium rides. Overall, this is a dependable beginner-friendly electric scooter that balances portability, speed, and ease of use. It’s a good fit for light commuting and casual city travel. ... show more

  • Perfect for Daily Rides — Smooth, Reliable & Great Battery Perfect for Daily Rides — Smooth, Reliable & Great Battery
Color: Orange
This scooter has been a great purchase! The battery life is more than enough for daily use😀 it easily meets the needs of an adult, whether for commuting or short trips around town. I don’t have to worry about charging it constantly, which is a huge plus. The quality is excellent, and it feels very well-built and sturdy. The overall design and finish also give it a really premium feel. I even use it to walk my dog sometimes, which makes things so much easier and more fun. It’s become such a convenient little addition to my daily life. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • I bought a defective scooter I bought a defective scooter
Color: Orange
I only bought this scooter to get me back & forth to work so that i wouldn't have to continue to walk. Especially when I get off late at night and with the bad weather that we have been having. I read the reviews and thought that it would be a good ride for me since i'm only going 1.3 miles. It's a 6 minute drive if you are traveling in a vehicle, 25 minutes if you're walking in nine minutes if you're traveling on a bicycle or an electrical bike or scooter. However, the scooter that I purchased through Navic battery life battery life started to go down not 5 minutes after turning it on and coming out of my apartment complex. By the time I get to my job & cut it off, which is from anywhere to 6 to 9 hours. I cut it back on try to go home and I'm down to one bar. Then the battery dies. To make matters worse the handlebars keeps coming on loose. I have fallen two times due to this matter. Now I have to take the charger with me and charge at work so that I can have enough battery to make it back home. I have reached out to Amazon and the third-party who sells this product. And they have been giving me nothing but the runaround regarding this matter. I have a defective device that is very dangerous going across heavy traffic due to the handle loose handlebars. Thank goodness for my coworker for setting the ECO on the scooter so that the battery life could last longer. Now I'm just dealing with the loose handlebars. Now I'm gonna have to start taking the little tool to tighten up the handlebars every day when I'm scheduled for work! They offered to send me a replacement battery and screws, which is ridiculous because why would I want to work on something that I paid for that should already be working properly? I understand that some products may come defective. But at least be understanding and try to accommodate the customer. Especially one who has had two incidents due to the handlebars. Yesterday I stated that I would like to fully be refunded and told them that I no longer have the box that it came in. They want me to pay five dollars for a bigger box just to send it back along with asking for my personal information. No one has still contacted me other than through the emails that continue to come in at 2:03 AM. This is just ridiculous and now I have to save up to get a much better scooter. They won't even refund me a partial refund for the troubles that I've had dealing with the scooter. I will never purchase another scooter from my Amazon or through this company. I've only had it for a week now today and can't really enjoy it. I tried very hard to reach out to them to this matter handled and was not successful. ... show more

  • Seems like a bulletproof scooter. Comfortable, powerful and 45+ mile range with big rider.
I wanted to wait til I’d put this Navic Pro sit down scooter through it’s paces before I reviewed the ride. I’m 6’2” 215 lbs, and 70 yo, so there’s no standing up safely on this scooter for me as handlebars are at about knee high, though I have a GoTrax for that. I ride in an area with mountains to the west and river valley to the east. If I’m heading west it’s uphill all the way and downhill home. South and north are mostly flat with the usual ups and downs. First two days, I kept the throttle wide open at 22 mph. The scooter scampered up the steepest hills at 16-18 mph, and self-governed to 22mph coming downhill. For rest of rides, I kept it between 15 and 20mph to see how far it would go on the first charge and I got 45 miles out of it before reading 1bar of power and starting to max out at less than 20mph. I’m delighted with this little beast and have ordered a bike trailer for shopping trips. Assembly is a easy, unless you lose the tiny nut in the phone holder and the tiny washer on the handlebar bolt, which added about 30 minutes to a 10 minute job! I was expecting protective film on the LED screen, but it was more like a plastic phone screen protector which confused me a bit getting it off. Scooter comes with an OK cable lock, a cheap tire pump, assembly “tools”, rear basket and padded cover with straps and elastic bungee strap. It’s solid as a tank, brakes and shocks are good and it handles gravel roads and rough spots with ease. I briefly considered jumping off on some easy single track where I mountain bike but resisted the temptation. ... show more

  • Super nimble and fun Super nimble and fun
I got this scooter several months ago. I just contacted the seller to inquire about a broken lock and a small metal nut that secured the phone mount. I got more than what I bargained for. They're sending a replacement lock and a replacement phone mount, even though the accessories Aren't under warranty as long as the scooter. Wow! As far as the operation of the scooter. I love it. It goes up 22mph and is great to get across the city or run to the corner store. Just watch out for any obstacles in the road, i.e., pot holes, rocks, etc. the turning signals are a nice addition. The horn I has a nice sound. Not too crazy loud but a nice time to alert someone if needed. The seat is ultra comfy. And the phone mount that charges your phone is a really nice feature. Moving it up or down a flight of stairs though takes carefulness and caution. It weighs a hefty several pounds. But make sure you fold it when moving it. I recommend this brand. The pictures show the slit in the phone mount. The square nut that fastens the screw may fall out if you don't pay attention when unscrewing the screw. The one you see in there is some random but I found that fits but it isn't the correct shape. There's also a picture of the cable lock. It snapped right off when I went over a bump in the road. Unfortunately the lock snapped near the portion that clips on to the bike. I found glue around the house to bind the pieces. Although I'm afraid it'll just snap again since it's already broken. And finally there's just a picture of my scooter. I leave it in the basement when I'm not using it. ... show more

  • Good purchase for the price! KEEP IN MIND THIS HAS NO SUSPENTION, THE LISTING IS WRONG.
Color: Black Yellow
I have owned much more powerful and (keyword) expensive scooters which are far superior to this. With that being said at this price point this is an amazing entry level e scooter. You cannot buy a ford and give it a negative review for not driving like a Lamborghini. Just came back from my first long trip. 21.4miles. Mostly flat but with some hills here and there. 18% battery left. Using 11mph max speed drive mode. With no suspension I won’t ever attempt to go faster as it can get bumpy. I also use the taxi mode, meaning at a complete stop I push the scooter and then I engage the motor. This has a tiny 350w motor and you should avoid starting from 0 with the motor as it will put some unnecessary strain on it. If you’re looking for an entry level e scooter and you acknowledge the fact that it’s missing higher end features and it’s not the fastest nor the most powerful e scooter out there. At this price point I give it 5/5. Update: April 13th, 2025: I just realized that the advertising is incorrect. It says it has dual suspension when it does it have any at all. I saw another listing of this exact same model and specs but that does have dual suspension for around the same price. I have now requested a refund due to being misled but I will use that money to buy the other NAVIC scooter with suspension. This still gets great review but c'mon, listing must be accurate. -2 Star for this. I'm positive the one with the dual suspension will get full 5 stars, as long as it behaves just as good as this one. I weight 140lbs. FYI. ... show more

  • Very nice e-bike Very nice e-bike
Our 5-year-old e-scooter finally gave in recently, and I need a new ride to commute to and from work when the weather permits (stupid street parking limits). This e-bike was on sale and looked pretty nice so I decided to give it a try. It shipped and arrived fast, FedEx with signature, well packaged. The assembly is quite straightforward, put on front wheel, put in seat and back rack, and you are good to go. It was charged almost full out of the box, so I took it out for a spin afterwards. The ride is very smooth and compare with my previous NineBot the controllability and suspension is much better. I like the slick taillight and turning blinkers (gesturing turns when riding a scooter is very dumb). The build quality is very good, sturdy structural parts, comfy seat and handles. Head light is quite functional as well, which is a plus. Overall it's a excellent e-bike, and a timely new commute means for myself. pro tip: there are two metal rings, one long and one short, on the front axial as arrived, and when you take off the axial to put on the front wheel, they are supposed to help space the wheel so it centers. Make sure to try both ways so the wheel centers. ... show more
