I’ve been using the NAVIC Electric Scooter for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed! The build quality feels solid and premium — it doesn’t rattle or feel cheap like other scooters in this price range. The 350W motor has great power for city rides, and it easily hits 16 mph without any struggle. The 8.5” tires handle bumps surprisingly well, giving a smooth ride even on slightly rough pavement. The battery life is just as advertised — around 13 miles per charge — perfect for commuting, errands, or just cruising around for fun. I also love how easy it is to fold; super convenient for carrying into buildings or storing in my car. The app connection is a cool bonus — you can track speed, battery level, and even lock the scooter remotely. It feels like a much more expensive model for a fraction of the cost.

Great scooter! Very sturdy, comfortable seat, and smooth ride with strong 350W motor. The back basket is super handy for groceries, and folding makes it easy to store. Battery lasts as described. Totally worth it!

Very nice electric scooter, it is well made and nice looking. It has some weight which makes it sturdy and comfortable when riding. Very smooth, easy to install, I installed it by myself within 5 minutes. Display screen is clear, it shows the speed and battery. Easy to fold up and storage. It also has an app, which you can download it to monitor its status. Overall, this scooter works wonderfully and I’m very satisfied with it.

I installed it immediately after receiving the package, and the setup was very easy—just a few screws to tighten. The overall weight is neither too heavy nor too light, striking a good balance between sturdiness and portability. The app allows to choose from different speed modes, which I think is a great feature. It prevents the scooter from accelerating too abruptly in case you accidentally press the throttle all the way down. For its price, this is an excellent choice. There's plenty of standing space, and the handlebar height is just right for an adult. The headlight is bright enough for nighttime use. I’m not sure about the full battery life yet, but it can handle my round-trip commute multiple times on a single charge, which I’m very satisfied with. I’ll update in a year regarding the battery’s long-term performance. One thing for improvement: although the app is useful, I wish there were more physical buttons on the scooter itself for adjusting settings and modes without having to use my phone every time. It’s a bit inconvenient. Also, it would be great if there were a physical lock for securing the scooter. Overall, it’s an excellent electric scooter, and I use it for my daily commute.

Hubby has been researching scooters for more than a year, trying to find one that fits all his requirements: 1) has to have a seat 2) small enough to fit on the floor in the back seat of his Nissan 3) lightweight enough to easily carry back and forth 4) wide enough platform so that both feet can fit on it 5) hold a charge for several hours of use 6) doesn't require technological genius to operate it 7) reasonably easy to assemble After reading hundreds of reviews for various products, he finally took a chance on this model. The intention is to use it while working part-time as a starter/cart man at a golf course. And he is absolutely delighted with his choice. Every one of the boxes are checked. Assembly was simple. The scooter arrives mostly assembled except for a few screws (which came in the box) and some miscellaneous (the basket, etc). The assembly tools were also included. This scooter has a bright front light, directional signals, a back red light that flashes when you're braking - enough technology to make it efficient, but not enough to overwhelm a baby boomer. The front column folds down so that the bike isn't much more than two feet high when folded, so it fits easily for transporting in the car. The initial charge took six hours, and then you top off the charge at the end of each use. The scooter comes with a lock, which is the only feature we don't like. The lock is the numeric code type, which isn't a favorite. And the lock that came with this scooter is useless because the code printed on the label isn't legible. The font on the entire label was blurred, so there is no deciphering the lock code. If Hubby intended to use this style of lock, we would have had to contact the manufacturer about the illegible code. But it went in the trash.
