I want to start by saying the build quality of the Navic electric bike is outstanding for what you’re paying for. The electric bike is easy to assemble with the included instructions and folds up, making it portable. I use this bike to get to places and for weekend rides, and it even holds up on steep hills. It doesn’t shake and is easy to learn if you know how to ride a bike already. I also like the fact that you have the option to ride without pedaling if the battery is low, or use a mix of both. The bike has gone days without a single charge and still works. I love that you can change the limit of how fast your e-bike can go. I personally like changing the mode to the lowest energy consumption so that I can also control the speed by pedaling while maximizing the battery life. This bike is definitely worth picking up for its quality and features.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! They had 4 bike options when I purchased my bike from them, a few days later the 4th option was no longer available. They stated that it was a new "foldable design” with a 40 mile range. I took their word for it, and clicked on the purchase now button, giving it no more thought. When it arrived, I found that this bike has no new folding features, as a master of fact, it’s identical to their cheapest model that has a 21-28 mile range, due to the fact that both come with the same battery (10.4 Ah). As you can see from the description: NAVIC Electric Bike, 14'' Electric Bike for Adults, Peak 750W Powerful Motor, Adults Electric Bicycle, Foldable Ebike with 48V 10.4AH Removable Battery, Up to 22 Mph, 40 Miles Range” it states having a 40 mile range. It’s only now that I noticed that it doesn’t have a 40 mile range, because the battery can not deliver 40 miles! I’m guessing that they were having trouble selling the bike with the USELESS app., because now that’s the only one that, sort of, matches the description of the one I got from them. I’M SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THE DECEPTIVE STUFF THAT GOES ON WITH AMAZON! I’m a disabled vet and have trouble going out to do my shopping, so I’m somewhat stuck with Amazon, but if I weren’t I would drop them in a heart beat!

This electric bike is just amazing. The seller is so nice, providing a phone holder and a password lock, which is really considerate. The bike is fully functional and has a great speed. Climbing hills is not a problem. The battery is also quite durable. There are springs under the seat, which can absorb shock well and prevent you from feeling uncomfortable due to bumps.

It comes well packed and was easy to set up. It stays charged for so long and it can ride fast too. It’s all the joy you remember riding your bike as a kid, but there’s no peddling. And it’s fun riding outdoors and around town with it. The build quality is very solid, but not too heavy to carry to my suv and ride somewhere.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this bike. My commute is just 1 mile—too short to drive (especially with parking fees at work), a bit too far to walk—especially in bad weather—and the bus schedule just doesn’t fit my routine. The bike is just right. After a test ride, I was really impressed. It’s super easy to operate—just twist the right handle and it takes off. Plus, it seems like the pedals have some power assist when it’s in electric mode. So even though the wheels are small, it doesn’t take much effort to ride. The battery came fully charged, and I haven’t even needed to charge it yet. I did several laps around the flowerbed in front of my house, then rode to work and back—and the battery level didn’t budge. Looks like it can really go the distance. The seat is highly adjustable. I’m 5’2”, and I was able to set it to the perfect height with plenty of room to raise it further if needed. The bike also comes with a ton of useful features—horn, headlights, turn signals, and even a phone holder. I added a basket I bought on Amazon, and now it’s perfect for carrying my backpack and water bottle for commuting. So convenient!

After much research, I purchased the Navic CB6 Pro. After making some adjustments and upgrading the pedals and seat, I'm very happy with this nimble and fantastic bike. It's built like a tank. I'm a 244-pound guy, and in sport mode, it can travel 22 miles on flat terrain without any effort. I ride it on paved trails on the weekends, combining pedaling with sport mode, and it moves like a feather. If you decide on this fantastic vehicle, just invest in a better pair of pedals, a seat post, and a larger, plusher seat, and you'll have a true gem of minimalist engineering and excellent performance. If you're a casual user and your intended use will be for last-mile urban commuting or riding on paved trails, go for it without regret! The customer service was friendly and professional, and they quickly and effectively resolved a minor issue with a part that was shipped from China to my doorstep in just 7 days! Good job, guys!
