I’ve been riding the NAVIC electric bike for a week now and it’s been a solid little commuter. It folds up small enough to fit in my trunk, which is perfect for city trips. The removable battery makes charging super easy, and I usually get close to the advertised 40-mile range. It’s surprisingly fast for its size — 22mph feels zippy but safe. The ride is smooth thanks to the shock absorption, and setup out of the box was quick. Great value if you’re looking for a compact and powerful ebike for daily use.

I want to start by saying the build quality of the Navic electric bike is outstanding for what you’re paying for. The electric bike is easy to assemble with the included instructions and folds up, making it portable. I use this bike to get to places and for weekend rides, and it even holds up on steep hills. It doesn’t shake and is easy to learn if you know how to ride a bike already. I also like the fact that you have the option to ride without pedaling if the battery is low, or use a mix of both. The bike has gone days without a single charge and still works. I love that you can change the limit of how fast your e-bike can go. I personally like changing the mode to the lowest energy consumption so that I can also control the speed by pedaling while maximizing the battery life. This bike is definitely worth picking up for its quality and features.

I am not a person who usually leaves negative reviews, but I wish I could give negative stars. The return window closed July 23, 2025 and my tire just went flat on my way to work August 6th. I thought no big deal, this sucks because that other buyer may have been right about these tires but it’s okay I will just purchase a tougher tire so I do. The new tire, from a different company arrives and I go to remove the back tire, that is connected to all the electrical stuff, and we find one disaster after another. 1st issue on the nuts is overly tight on the bolt and looks fused together. It takes us five days just to get it off, we have to heat the metal but we don’t have anything that gets hot enough so we have to buy something. Then it breaks our wrench so we have to go buy another wrench set. Then the nut is off but cracked and completely stripped on the inside. Now mind you we are doing this, myself and my husband after working our full time jobs. So we go buy some nuts. We tire assembling it and cannot get the kickstand to stay stable and the tire keeps clicking like it is loose from the frame. We pull everything off and notice the bolts that come out of the tire to mount to the bike are also stripped and you cannot just replace them. We spend two days going to bike shops and looking online for the replace and we cannot locate one. It is now 8/14 so I reach out to the seller who appears nice and is willing to send me the part and I’m like “wow what great service”. I wait almost two weeks for the part….they sent me the rubber tire. I reach out and let them know they sent me the wrong part, explain it all again and provide more photos again and get promised they will send me the part. Another almost two weeks the part comes but it is clearly missing pieces. Reach out to the seller and they tell me “oh those parts are back ordered, give us time.” I stay calm, but I’m now a full six weeks out with no bike, which I use to get to work and I’ve missed due to no rides because ride share doesn’t show up and out lots of money on ride shares. I finally do what Amazon tells me to do of request a refund from the seller….they offer $10. After sharing my frustration and requesting a full refund again, they bump it to $20. I again share my frustration and ask them to do what Amazon customer support says and please refund me…they offer me $30.00 and ask me to pay the shipping to send the incorrect parts back to them, oh and please don’t leave a review was the common request through all of this. Stay away from this seller. It wasn’t just a few one off reviews of faulty pieces of this bike, it is made faulty. The wires that keep all of the electrical pieces together are hot glued together and shoved under the back little fake seat, no protective cases nothing. This has been so time consuming, frustrating, and stressful. Stay away, buy from another seller but do not buy this bike.

This electric bike is just amazing. The seller is so nice, providing a phone holder and a password lock, which is really considerate. The bike is fully functional and has a great speed. Climbing hills is not a problem. The battery is also quite durable. There are springs under the seat, which can absorb shock well and prevent you from feeling uncomfortable due to bumps.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this bike. My commute is just 1 mile—too short to drive (especially with parking fees at work), a bit too far to walk—especially in bad weather—and the bus schedule just doesn’t fit my routine. The bike is just right. After a test ride, I was really impressed. It’s super easy to operate—just twist the right handle and it takes off. Plus, it seems like the pedals have some power assist when it’s in electric mode. So even though the wheels are small, it doesn’t take much effort to ride. The battery came fully charged, and I haven’t even needed to charge it yet. I did several laps around the flowerbed in front of my house, then rode to work and back—and the battery level didn’t budge. Looks like it can really go the distance. The seat is highly adjustable. I’m 5’2”, and I was able to set it to the perfect height with plenty of room to raise it further if needed. The bike also comes with a ton of useful features—horn, headlights, turn signals, and even a phone holder. I added a basket I bought on Amazon, and now it’s perfect for carrying my backpack and water bottle for commuting. So convenient!
